Question I have chinese LE2110 - Can I flash with a global ROM? - OnePlus 9

I understand that I may not be able to switch to Oxygen, but that's ok, I just need to get rid of all these Chinese apps

So,just got my OP9, literally few hours ago and just turned it on now, it's a LE2110 model (chinese?) flashed with OOS 11.2.4.4.LE25DA which seems to be an Indian version of OOS. Also, on Android if you turn on
USB debugging
You can disable apps via adb

It is possible. Just follow the guide and take your time doing it.
Official OnePlus 9 Oxygen to Color and back
hi everyone I got the official firmware How to install? 1.Download firmware 2.Put the file in the phone directory 3. Open system update, select local update Warning! 1.Please backup your data! 2.imei cannot be recognized correctly...
forum.xda-developers.com

I just tried that but I get 'Verification Failed' message when I try to update to Oxygen

I flashed the img manually, so I cannot help. Do not attempt anything over fastboot unless you know what you are doing, we already have several posts about people bricking their phone when they do not take care.

I've used fastboot before, but never with this brand, I'm not sure which rom I should use or if the process is different

It is the img from the link I posted. I unpacked it and flashed it. But again, make sure you know what you are doing! Nobody can help you when you do a mistake there, read carefully. I will maybe later post a small guide on how to do it.

HELP, BRICKED! MSMTOOL does not solve

Hello friends, I need help!
My phone is totally bricked! No function exists anymore (no fastboot, no recovery) just QDloader, but here my headache begins:
Following https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6/how-to/op6-collection-unbrick-tools-t3914109/ I downloaded all available versions, nothing worked, "Sha256 DOES NOT MATCH" found out I bought Chinese version of OP6, it is very rare to find MSMTOOL version for Chinese, and the only one I found didn't work "SHA256 DOES NOT MATCH"
I do not know what else to do ! I need your genius!
* Already tried to uncheck "SHA256 CHECK", and it works, the whole system is transferred to the phone but when it ends simply nothing happens, continues bricked

Here is the link to the latest hydrogen os for the op6,
http://download.h2os.com/OnePlus6/MP/OnePlus6Hydrogen_22_OTA_034_all_1909041314_0edfbb2dfaa34e94.zip
Got it from the official website (https://www.oneplus.com/cn/support/softwareupgrade/details?code=PM1574150497163)
Reading through other posts, people just flashed oxygen using the local upgrade option and it worked. Ofcourse the hardware differences between the model's cannot be overcome.
Try flashing hydrogen first, then use the local upgrade to move up to oos and see if that works.

Im wondering, u said ur OP6 can acutally get into EDL mode. but cannot flash using MSMtool right?!
this case is pretty same as my friend OP2...what is your perivous state before u do brick your OP6?
the OP2 from my friend have EXACT same situation! cannot pass the SHA256...MAYBE the internal SD is damage, hardware related!!!
Suggest u give it to chinese guy and send to china and fix...!
Your OP6 is international version, use this: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6/how-to/tool-msmdownloadtool-v4-0-international-t3798892

No wifi and cant activate simcard

Hello! I got a huge problem, i cant activate the wifi or the mobile functions on my phone after flashing it. Also in abote phone it says its a oneplus 7t (not pro)
May i have flashed a oneplus 7t firmware? I have tryed the volte fix with no ressults.. When i bricked the phone i did an flashall using fastboot, but culdent flashs system and vendors. Please help me!
I did the same thing as well. I ended up using the msm tool to flash the 9.5.3 gmba software then downloaded and updated to the 10.0.3. after that finished I downloaded the 10.3 global update and went smoothly. Then go to bootloader and flash twrp and root. First time you flash twrp make sure you check the box for ramdisk otherwise recovery won't stay as twrp, it will just keep going back to stock recovery. Also before you restart your device you have to flash magisk otherwise your phone will not boot. Also if you restart and their is no cell reception or cannot turn on wifi you will either have to go back and uninstall magisk then reinstall or do the process all over again. I did the 9.5.3 because I tried others and failed to reflash. The 9.5.3 seems to always work for many people

Impossible to tell what you've done. You haven't given sufficient info. Only you know what has been done to the phone so far. Where did you get the file, what is the file named, etc.
You have 3 threads going, none of which have sufficient info for anyone to provide proper help. Making multiple threads is not the right way to get help. Just confuses those trying to help you, and will make the situation worse. Stick to one thread, and give as much specific info as possible, as I've noted here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/on...ease-soft-bricked-phone-t4044311#post81668605
Im sorry im panicing
I tryied to flash the stock rom from this site after failed to root. THe fastboot one, when flashing it fails to flash system a and b, says partion not found
Hello again!
Ive been trying the msm tool, i downloaded it from here
https://forum.xda-developers.com/7t-pro/how-to/op7tpro-unbrick-tool-to-restore-device-t4002909
It says it shuld support my version (hd1913) but MSM tool says "unsupported Target EU)
HOw can i fix this?
Also, ive flashed a oneplus 7t image, shuld i flash a new image and brick it then use msm tool?`
now it says Devices not match image. The post says it shuld support my model.

Qualcomm Crashdump

Hi all
I have just bought a new Oneplus 6 and wanted to install Lineage Os.
I had initially set up the OP6 with my google account and installed some minimum apps over a couple of days. The phone updated a couple of times. I think I started on Android 8, it definitely updated to Android 9 and I think it updated to Android 10. But I am not completely sure of this because I did not take notice at that stage because I didn't realise that this might have significance..
I followed the guide from the lineaoge os wiki here
wiki.lineageos.org/devices/enchilada[
I got as far as using adb to Fastboot boot twrp-3.3.1-2-enchilada.img (which was the latest image in the dl.twrp.me/enchilada/
It then got stuck in the qualcomm crashdump line on screen.
I spent a day checking posts, including here on XDA. There are a lot of posts dealing with this issue and I did try to follow some of them with less or more success but no resolve. I downloaded Android 9.02 and used the following instructions
techtrickz.com/how-to/recover-oneplus-6-and-6t-from-qualcomm-crashdump-mode/
The routine started to run and then posted a series of error messages and exited. ( I have a screenshot of the terminal window but cannot see a way to post it here)
I have tried to research this further and there are plenty of posts and lots of suggestions. But to be honest I have become confused as some of the posts give significantly different solutions to each other.
I wondered whether it would be possible to give me some help or point me in the right direction to a post which is current and has the steps that I am likely to need succeed..
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

I would recommend using fastboot flashable stock rom from here. People also like to use msmtool, but I feel like it is an overkill.
Please note this warning:
These ROMs can't be used to update or downgrade your phone but just to restore your phone, so don't use them to come back to oreo or to update from oreo to pie.
So grab the latest oxygen os 10, and follow the instructions to flash it. After that, if you are feeling a bit paranoid maybe download a zip from oneplus and do a local update. You now should have your phone back.
Official TWRP does not support android 10 yet, as far as I understand, so that is probably the issue. If you want lineageos 16, you should downgrade to android 9 using a downgrade package provided by oneplus and then update to Oxygen OS 9.0.9.
There is unofficial twrp by mauronofrio that supports android 10. If you want to go from OOS 10 to some other android 10 rom

Thanks very much for your helpful reply. I am now back to a working phone with Oxygen os10. And you have also explained what was wrong when I tried to fix it, I was trying to load an Oxygen Os 9 on a phone that had already been upgraded to 10 and you have explained what went wrong in the first place, I was trying to flash an incompatible TWRP image onto Android 10. So your short post has explained a lot. Thank you.
I am not feeling paranoid unless you advise that I should be and I do want to install lineage os. So I need to revert to Oxygen Os9. I have looked on the Oneplus site and that have found the option to Upgrade to 10.3 but no option to downgrade. In the Oneplus community there is a link to downloadable ROMs, these are divided into a number of folders some of which look not applicable. There are three folders that look of interest
1. Signed flashable zips
2. OTA incremental update zips
3. Stock boot-recovery images
Here is the link /forums.oneplus.com/threads/oneplus-6-rom-ota-oxygen-os-mirrors-for-official-oxygen-os-roms-and-ota-updates.835607/
I can see it is not the OTA Incremental that I need but am unsure if it is signed flashable zips or Stock boot recovery images. or whether it is neither.
Do I flash as normal or would it be a local update?
I would be grateful for any further advice.
Thanks again and for any help provided now.

I have had luck with this downgrade package. I basically googled it, the package is hosted on a legitimate website, so that's what I used. Just download it, put it on your phone and do a local upgrade through updater app.
Once you have done that I would recommend upgrading to the latest Android 9, which is OOS version 9.0.9 I believe. Then go ahead and follow instructions to install lineageos.
I am actually on LineageOS 16 + MicroG right now, so I ran into the same problems you did Glad I could help!

Thanks so much for your reply again.
I used your downgrade link and that all worked well and then let it upgrade to OOS 9.0.9. Again all very positive.
I then tried to flash TWRP to the device using this image "twrp-3.3.1-2-enchilada.img" It appeared to flash okay. Then I issued the command
"fastboot boot twrp-3.3.1-2-enchilada.img" over my adb connection and it returned to the Qualcomm Crashdump error.
I presume I have to start again with the exception that this time I can use a flashable stock rom that is OOS 9.09? Is that correct?
Then do you have any suggestions for getting round the TWRP problem? Did you use a different version?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hm. Yes, unfortunately the safest thing to do is to start again. But you can start with 9.0.9 right away.
People have been discussing a similar issue here. It seems like using unofficial twrp by blu_spark helps. Maybe twrp-3.2.3-x_blu_spark_v9.91_op6.img or maybe try the latest one.
Also, make sure you read the instructions on lineageos website. Make sure you have oem unlocked, usb debugging enabled and you clicked "always give access to this" device or something, do the fastboot set_active a. I have also used fastboot flash boot_a <recovery_filename>.img. However, I do recall using fastboot boot <recovery_filename>.img some other time and I think it worked....
Anyway, yeah, maybe try this modified recovery by blu spark and follow the instructions carefully.

Thanks very much for your helpful reply and apologies for the delay in my reply to this post, I have been tied up with work the last couple of days.
I did re-install OOS 9 and then followed the instructions on the Team Win site to install TWRP in the Oneplus6. I had success after I used the latest TWRP image and zip from that site . I was then able to install Lineage OS and Microg as I wished.
So thanks for the help all. Really appreciated.

Can you talk us through the steps you did.
Is usb debugging enabled?
You may be able to use the samsung flashing software to recover but if you missed 1 or maybe 2 steps and have now wiped the device fully then you need to RMA. No os then no proof of your actions for a warranty claim to be rejected

Im really sorry but i was actually not hard bricked, i thought i was hard bricked and i eventually got it turned on, so here is the whole story, i was about to root my phone and i watched a tutorial on how to but for some reason i trusted myself and didnt watch the video so i got into this situation, i enable USB debugging and OEM unlock( it deletes all of my files like a factory reset) i didnt know that i have to paste the magisk and the magisk apk to my phone and i flashed the bootloader thing from the tutorial i watched and then after that i decided to watch the tutorial and to my surprise the tutorial paste the magisk, so i panicked, i dont know what to do and i thought i was stucked at the downloading process so i decided to search more while panicking and i found that tenoshare Reiboot and Ult has this feature that will exit you to the downloading and now i tried them both but it failed, and i panicked more because now my phone just wont stop bootlooping so i just decided to drain its battery because its built in, i also tried flashing twrp but it cause me more panicking because it kind of glitches more so good thing i tried to go to downloading again by connecting to a pc and it worked, and the good thing is that the file i downloaded has a recovery flashable thing so i flashed it again, i escaped the teamwin bootloop and now i tried researching more causing me to figure it and i think i need to download the firmware again, but here is my biggest problem, i dont know the original place of the phone(i only know the country because its like a phone given only to me) i also dont know what is the original patch security of my phone( idk if its safe to just download the latest of the firmware) thank you for any advice

All you need is the correct firmware for your specific model number for your specific region/carrier and the firmware must have a binary that is equal to or higher than the binary of your currently installed firmware. The binary is indicated by the 5th character from the right in the firmware build number. Find that character in the build number of your currently installed firmware and compare it to the same character in the build number of the firmware that you want to flash. If the binary of the firmware that you want to flash is equal to or higher than the binary of your currently installed firmware then you can safely flash it, if the binary is lower than the binary of your currently installed firmware, you will not be able to flash the firmware that has a lower binary.

Hi, i was planning to root my samsung a7 but i have a question that i dont know the answer, if OEM Unlock is enabled, USB debugging is also already enabled, why my OEM unlocked says bootloader is already unlocked even thought its still blue and not gray? Do i need to void my warranty and make OEM unlock colored gray or is blue enough? Thanks for all advice

Question Your device is corrupt. Oneplus 9

I tried putting the beta of OOS13 on my Oneplus and now i get that error message and ive been trying for so long.
the serial number is fb7b98a9
Flash by edl if you can't do it then pm I'll fix it by tv
Could you elaborate a little further? Are you just not able to flash OO13 beta or has the attempt of doing so corrupted your device completely?
If the latter, You will most likely need to flash an emergency MSMToolkit. It is an Indian OP9Pro variant but will bring your device back from the dead. Once that is done, you will just run a proper MSMToolkit and be right as rain.
EtherealRemnant wrote up an amazing guide on how to carry this out. SO amazing that its the only guide stickied on the 9 forums, currently.
- Here is a mega hosted copy of the Indian OP9Pro MSMToolkit,
I can personally vouch for the guide, as my 9 went into a bricked state with vague errors about corrupted system. I tried every toolkit, recovery and ROM and nothing worked. Thats when EthRem came to my rescue. Hopefully his work can come to yours as well.
and if that isn't what you meant and are just dying to get into OOS13, id just stick with one of the many A13 ROMs currently available. OOS13 is beautiful but, i just cant honestly suggest using Oneplus software anymore.
Good luck

OOS13 is beautiful but, i just cant honestly suggest using Oneplus software anymore.

try it again. if anything, you will be attempting on the other slot. Many haves had issues and it just started working.
it could have been slot related, or possibly some minor detail that is finicky. (ex. you usually want to start the msmtoolkit and let it stay in the "waiting for device" phase and plug in your phone (which should be in EDL mode . youll know by the peeps of it habitually connecting/disconnecting on your PC)
assure you have india selected, assure you have the proper conditionals on/off per the guide's explication.
Assure you have the qualcom drivers installed, and they reflect the naming convention.
follow along the guide again and Just keep attempting it and don't get discouraged. Part of the reason people offer guides here is that they themselves failed many times until they got they figured it out and are trying to save people from it.
youll get it, dont worry.
I had this problem because I flashed a custom kernel on a custom rom today
