Hi everyone, my phone OPPO Find X screen totally gone. I want to transfer my data/files/pictures/videos to my laptop or another cell phone. How do I recover these files? How do I transfer to another device or laptop? Please give me suggestions. I am feeling bad.
If phone is OTG ready, and if on phone USB-mode MTP was enabled, then connect computer via OTG-cable with your powered-on phone and transfer the data of interest to computer.

This function is not supported according to Elocity. You need to use a MicroSD card or a thumb drive to move files around.

I was having the same problem. I ended up buying bluetooth usb dongles on eBay and it worked perfectly.
I got mine here:

Now I can easily send strait from windows explorer - has an option to "send to" after installing the bluetooth. I can even send to other computers the same way.

Is there a way to connect my Cell Phone to my Tablet via USB so that I can access the data on the phone through the tablet (ie photos, music, videos)? Also is there a way to also charge the phone via the USB while its connected to the tablet (while the tablet is charging)?
No to your usb questions what you can do though is get softwaredata cable and use it to create "virtual cable"/connection between the devices
I want to upload pictures from my S3 to laptop.
There is no problem with my cable and laptop because my phone was able to charge when I connect my phone with the laptop. However, my laptop didn't detect any device when I connect my phone in with the cable. Hence, I am unable to upload images / add songs to my Samsung Galaxy S3.
When I want to transfer bigger files from my computer to the tablet, via in USB cable, all the time my tablet is disconnecting from the computer - of course in progress. I experiencing this problem with Hisuit and without Hisuit on the computer. I tried to not use the tablet, when I transferring something into it, but it's the same: in progress and disconnect. I had a windows 7 pc and now with a windows 10 pc, when I use a USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 port, it's nevermind: same deal. I using the original USB Micro-B cable. My computer is not busy with other things, I do nothing with my pc & tablet when I transferring some files to my tablet. But strangely, when the transfer is stopped and my tablet somehow disconnected from my pc, I get an error message, in my pc, but I can't see the window, so I made a picture with my phone. I don't know what's the problem.

Plug your phone to PC, then reboot your PC without disconnecting your phone USB cable.
Wait till boot up, and login to check if you can transfer files now.
[On your phone]You also need to swipe down the notification bar, there is an option about charging or something, press it, and it will pop-up some options about charging only or file transfer (MTP)
i was facing the same problem, i then used the usb directly on the motherboard and the trandfer completed successfully
I've always randomly have problems with transferring large/a lot of files between Android and PC on many phones, USB ports, and cables. I believe the problem lies in MTP as I once saw topjohnwu rant about it once.
Nowadays I just use app like Airdroid instead.
