[APP][4.4+]Fix Dead Pixel - Amoled, LCD & IPS - Android Apps and Games
WHAT IS A DEAD PIXEL?
A dead pixel is nothing more than a defective pixel, unable to reproduce light and which remains completely off, standing out from the rest. On LCD screens, the dead pixel can appear as a black speck, if the panel is IPS, or white, if it uses the oldest TN technology.
WHAT IS STUCK PIXEL?
The image we see on monitors and smartphone screens, is formed by the combination of the colors red, green and blue (RBG - Red - Green - Blue standard), and it may happen that one of them locks in one of these colors.
WHAT IS HOT PIXEL?
If there is a problem with the color layer of the LCD, the pixel will only show white background lighting.
WHAT TYPES OF SCREEN PROBLEM CAN THE APP SOLVE?
The application is able to improve or completely solve problems of Dead Pixels (both black and white pixels), Stuck Pixels, Hot Pixels and several other problems that have to do with the screen.

screen tint
Hello!!! Is your screen has pure white colors with a little of bluish tint or a maybe yellow one? Is the white color cold or warm? You can check and see the screen tint if you open the stock lg calculator and look on the top part (the screen where the numbers are written) Thank you!!!
Yellow here.
mine too I had LG G2 before and it had pure white tone... I prefer the cooler tones. I would like to see more answers....
yellow for me too. Actually, the hue shifts when you place it on a table or so, then spin the unit slowly. It's making me nuts
so all the units of g pro 2 have yellow tint?
yea me too but i love the screen it is great
well if you follow the OP and use the calculator app, and look at the "top part where the numbers are written"... then yes, everyone will be yellow, since the app itself is a yellow/green colour at the top. the bottom part where the numbers you press are, it's a grey colour. I'm not sure how that is a reliable method to check screen tint. surely, you'd use turn the brightness to 100% then use the LG "hidden menu" screen test to bring up a white screen to see if it's got any tint? which, when I do, is a pure white screen. no hint of blue/cool colours/yellow.

Is it possible to adjust the white balance or something else in the displaysettings?
[Q] Lightbleeding across the top of the display
On my Nexus 5 I have a slight lightbleeding on the top of the screen. It goes all the cross the top. Have anyone seen this on their device? The weird thing about it is, that it is almost invisible when the topbar is black, but very much visible when the topbar is e.g. blue, red, yellow, … I'm not even sure what it is, maybe it is just a nocebo effect, I think it is there so it is and it is annoying the hell out of me. I attached a photo of it, It was made next to a window with low backlight.
Light bleed
Question about "Day Dream" mode.
I heard that on the Edge, in the mode you can put it in where a little clock lights along one of the edges, the whole screen is actually on a really dark shade of grey instead of pure black. Has anyone tried something like Dash Clock in Daydream while charging? Does it look like a OLED should? I.E., no light at all from anywhere except the pixels that aren't black?
Adaptive Display changing white points in different light.
Hey guys, I was using my phone browsing the web when suddenly the white point changed! The screen turned slightly purple and I think it is due to Samsung's adaptive display and my purple LIFX bulbs. Here is a video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ujVIFA5LESQ Any one notice this with their S6? Its running Marshmallow if you guys were wondering.
After seen your video , i tested , and with the purple color in the background , the white colour get a little bit darker , when u look in recent apps it becomes again white. tried with other colors and white didn`t changed.
Screen problem ? Need help
Hello. I would like to share my problem with you. I own a galaxy s8 +, like many of you) And I was faced with this fact. When I put a dark or black background on the main screen of my smartphone, I get a visible light at the top of the screen. It can be seen clearly in a dark room. Below I will attach a screenshot. But that's the thing, this light is only visible on the main home screen. In the screen verification app, on a black background, I do not observe this problem. I want to say that the light at the top of the screen is only observed on the main screen of the phone. When viewing images or elsewhere this is not observed What can be wrong ??
