Hi! So my v50 is on bootloop. Thought I could fix it by flashing the stock firmware through LGUP but I'm stuck with finding how can the v50 be connected to the computer.
I can go to download mode but it is not being detected by the computer.
I have an LG G7 that I tried to connect through download mode and I can see that the computer detects it. Device manager shows LGE androidnet usb serial port but not with the V50.
I already tried all sorts of LG drivers but no luck at all.
Please help

Have you solved this yet?
Is your phone bootloader unlocked? (Can you access fastboot). Which model is it (sprint, Verizon, Korean, etc)
Also, what happened just before it went into bootloop?

Try this: go to USB to PC connection and untick "advanced network connection" or something like that
What OS do you have (both computer and device)?
Hi there! As from the subject, I got a N5 which I'm trying to unbrick using the flashtool + TOT + DLL procedure; the issue is, after installing all the necessary drivers, the phone should be recognized as LGE Mobile USB Serial Port, but mine is recognized as LGE AndroidNET USB Serial Port, plus it doesn't show the "download mode" picture; in this way, the flashtool gives an error as it can't recognize in which mode the device is set at the moment.
Any suggestions for this? I read pages and pages of threads but I didn't find anything that worked, perhaps someone bumped into this issue and can help me

Can anyone help me on Getting My LG G PRO F240L back, it stucks and always restarting on CWM RECOVERY saying "Device Unlock! So Boot Success!"
I've tried to Flash KDZ LOLLIPOP using LG FLASHTOOL 2014 but stucks on processing . I Bet the problem is the "UNIDENTIFIED DEVICE -> NO DRIVER FOUND" When connecting it to Windows 7 Ultimate, I went to Device Manager and sees "UNKNOWN DEVICE" I Uninstalled it and Tries to Connect again to DOWNLOAD MODE but Unfortunately " NOT RECOGNIZED " the device I have changed different USB CABLES and restart the Laptop Several Times . I manage to UPDATE the DRIVERS but the Problem was I can't connect the Pocketwifi via Wireless Connectivity, I can Connect it with The Cable Inserted on the Laptop but Where the Phone should Get into Download Mode by the Laptop IF there's an inserted pocketwifi on it. Please Help who knows what to do with it... Or is there something that should Fix my LG G PRO that Stucks on CWM .

Hi, I'm attempting to use LG FlashTool to reset my LG G3 (D850) to stock due to a bootloop. I've tried using the correct dll file, a different file that might bypass, and I can't get past that point. Also my computer wouldn't recognize the installed LG drivers so I had to set Qualcomm 9008 to COM41 (normally COM3). I'm at a complete loss and have been trying for hours. Any help would be appreciated.

Your using a USB 2.0 port correct? Usb 3.0 won't work and can cause this issue. The same goes for using an LG cable or oem type cable and not a generic USB cable.
Phone is IN download mode correct?
Also if your seeing Qualcomm 9008 in the device manager that means you have a semi or hard brick. What's the reason your device is in bootloop? What was flashed to cause that?

I'll verify I'm using a USB 2.0 and that I'm using different cables. Yes, phone is in download mode. That I don't know, I bought it on eBay thinking it'd be an easy fix

Okay just making sure.
Yeah Qualcomm 9008 normally means hardware failure or someone's has flashed a firmware that where not supposed to which could of lost its IMEI as well in the process making it a wifi only device.
There's an "unbrick" guide somewhere in the G3 general section. It does involve taking the phone apart and shorting some pins but it's worth a shot.

I'm trying, but when I connect the cell phone to the PC and enter the device manager, the cell phone driver has a yellow symbol, as if the driver was badly installed, then blankflash does not recognize my device.

Wrong ADB driver used!
Use the Android USB driver provided by OEM.
