1)Download latest TWRP from the TWRP website.
2)Flash it through TWRP image flash.
3)(Assuming that your device is encrypted)
When booting into new TWRP you will be asked to enter a decryption password. Skip that and use the format option under wipe and type 'yes' to format. This will wipe your internal storage so you better make a backup of your internal somewhere. (Before all that make sure that you put the ROM file in your external SD)
3)(Assuming that your device is not encrypted)
Go to wipe -> advanced wipe and select system, data,dalvik,cache,vendor (make sure you see vendor. If not change your TWRP you can search XDA for the same)
4)Go to install select the ROM file swipe to wipe.
5)Install magisk (be sure to use 16.7+ preferably 17.1)
6)Reboot.
(Skipping installation of Gapps (arm 64 for android 9 nano or higher) because I think it is inbuilt in the ROM)

Please add button customization, device accent colors. Gcam lags or doesn't work in many of ur roms.. Please fix that.. Even the stock camera takes longer to open..

Device accent color is present under Display > Color theme.
Didn't try GCam. Stock camera app open speed is fine

What about Button Customization?? In the previous it was not there.. And if u r using the newest build, can you tell me a bit more about battery backup and charing speed?

i clean flash it, wipe everything and got this 2 issues:
1.-i can't hear or be heard during calls (4g)
2.-magisk 20.4 wont pass safetynet, but it does flashing the safetynet pass module. i use the same version on others roms without problem.
for the rest, that i use, is a very good rom, i hope you can become the official maintainer.

1. calling is perfectly fine here. no such issue faced. still logs will be helpful.
2. will try fix that issue from my side, but as of now you need to flash safetynet patch from magisk.

you can use banking apps, but have to use magisk 20.3 for now + you have hide via magisk + flash safetynet patch from magisk for now.

for starters get your basic clear + use stable version of magisk (it does have hide option). if you use canary and beta builds and report about magisk hide not working then this thread is not for you. i would suggest to use 20.3 though.

thanks OP, this new build it's really a beautiful rom, no problem with magisk (safetypass and magiskhide) from my end although the camera app is not really up with others like pixel experience but it's something that can be resolve with parrot's gcam.

edit: record voice seems not working, altought i config the "ok google" on the firts boot, it does not work in whatsapp, google's voice recorder, videos, etc. but it does work on calls.
i have a screen burn so the option to set the levels of RGB are a welcome one, but every time i reboot the set goes away, like if i never edit it.
it's really flawless rom.since 2 days everything is fine.just for battery drain which custom kernel do you suggest??

I personally would suggest Underground Kernel its best, you can also try Ethereal or NOT kernel.

There is option for it in advance settings so that RGB doesn't reset after boot, also disable "OK Google" detection its causing the issue of mic in whatsapp and other apps. As i have disabled it by default but you might have turned it ON accidentally.:good:

- Download the ROM, transfer them to your device.
- Boot to recovery (TWRP recommended).
- Wipe the System, Cache, Data and ART/Dalvik cache.
- Flash the ROM.
- Flash the root solution of your choice (optional).
- Reboot your device.
The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once! Also, if its a "GApps Build" do not flash other GApp packages
The root solution should be flashed together with every update (= ROM Update)

Thank you for the reply. I didn't install GAPPS. This was causing the problem.
Sorry to see that this ROM doesn't work without the Google spyware. I would definitely using it if it worked without it. Seems like a really nice ROM.

I just installed this rom, because the previous custom rom has some issues for me. HavocOS v3.x didn't allow me to detect 5G WIFI with my phone. OctaviOS is slow AF, ram usage always full 95% even only opening facebook and whatsapp.
After a few hours installing and trying apps, everything seems ok. I just miss some of LineageOS based Rom function like caffeine. Thankfully an apps in playstore can help me to install some of LineageOS function.
I just want to ask how to hide notch in this rom? Because every option on "Display Cutout" at "Developer Options" didn't hide the notch for me. Is this bug or PixysOS has different button to hide notch?

After 1 week of using i found i cannot use mobile data.
In the quick setting it's on. But my phone don't show that LTE/3G/2G connection beside the signal bar, so my phone show as no internet connection.
For now i am resolving it with Settings -> System -> Reset options -> Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth. Everytime i do that my mobile data is working. But i lose all my wifi password.
I really need to change the rom now ASAP. This bug is breaking me.
I attach log file in case the developer hear my problem.

I think there is a problem with LMK, notifications are came late and the interface is heavy.
1,5 GB Zram not enough, it works heavy, it should be 2 GB i did it was definitely better

Only two bug,
1.playstore always reset after every restart,
2.native (Dialer )video call does not work,
And every thing work properly..

ahh i wish we have official for olivelite xD
I don't think olivewood has NFC built-in, so why is NFC on the "What's working" list?
Also, Pixel Extended is supposed to be a fork of Pixel Experience, isn't it? So how is it that you guys have an official package for Pixel Extended but not Pixel Experience?
Don't get me wrong, I'm very grateful for all your contributions but this (every "official" ROM that I've seen) just seems to be very suspicious.
Could you guys please give me links to the source code so that I may compile it myself just for peace of mind?

I'm on the 20210708 build. First of all, thank you for the ROM!
I noticed a "Xiaomi Parts" section was added to the Settings in this build. One of the new options is "Thermal Balance", which is nice, but it won't stay on the selected option, as soon as you leave the section it goes back to "Balance" (which is the default one).
First time I tried to listen to audio in a external Bluetooth device, it wasn't re-routing the audio to Bluetooth (it was playing the the phone). After rebooting it started working fine...
It has gone back to the default (Pixel) launcher by itself (happened two times while Lawnchair was selected as default). I'm using Nova7 right now and it's working fine so far...

Downloadable package mentions olivewood only. Can it be installed in olivelite as well?

So far works great, idk if mobile data works. It does say LTE on my sim card but I don't really know if mobile data is working since I don't have a plan on that sim card. There is a button for NFC for me, no idea if NFC works either since I don't have another phone for NFC. Actually runs pretty smooth for a quad-core 2GB of ram phone. Only issue ive seen is theres no charging animation when powered off which means it will just be stuck on the charging symbol from the firmware itself.
With all of that tho, pretty happy and it looks pretty stable.

yes we need gapps, I just used bitgapps 12.1 for arm (not arm64) and it works

Just assume its the same installation procedure as the other roms like unlocking bootloader, installing twrp, flashing rmm bypass, wiping data, system, dalivk and cache, and installing the rom itself
i might post an install guide here once i get it working

torch {or flashlight} is disable when in camera app use flashlight
The flashlight will remain disabled in this mode until it is restarted
after restart the flashligh {torch} is enable
