As the title states what Theme tools or apps are there for non rooted phones. I have Hex installer but it has bugs and not that customizable. Looking for alternative. Tried to install Swift but it was not compatible apparently.
Should mention i tried Theme Park in Good luck, had similar bugs/issues as Hex Installer

Dear Fellows,
I'm new to CM and its just my second post, I'm kinda interested in making/modifying themes on android phones. I have some queries regarding this..
1. do i need to create a new project from scratch and build my own apk or
2. do i just decompress other's theme apk and change it way i like (is that legal or acc to rule of android, CM forums etc )
3. Can i sale themes on play store using second method ( i know they worked but if its possible, i wont do if its not or illigal)
thanx for your reply in advance
1. There are plenty guides on the Android Theme section. I have written up a updated guide to create themes from scratch with extra info on how to theme your interface. There are some that show you how to theme using pre-made apks
2. Yes you can as long it is not a paid theme. A free one then its fine, you just have to ask the original themer for permission. So they know you're using his/hers theme as a base.
3. Yes you can if you have permission
Hi there, I was new here, I need help for customising background, my device name is Lenovo S720 4.0 in version, I'm already rooted and have installed the Busy box, I also have the exposed installer and have installed on my device,
Xbackground module is not working on my device, I think my device is not supported of xbackground,
Is there any module better than HKTheme? Module that can use image from galery, because HKTheme is only using theme for background, much better if HKTheme can use image from galery,
Someone give me HKTheme, but when I open it, there is no theme on it, What theme do I need to download? I need help, Can anyone give me the link of the theme download section for HKTheme?
Ca I use systemUI for customising background without using PC?

Hello, everyone! Sorry if this may come off as a silly question, but I was wondering.. how do you get FlipFont to work on the OnePlus One?
On my previous phone (HTC Desire 620) all you had to do was go to your device's settings and choose your own font from there, but I see that the only way to edit your font on Cyanogen, is from their own theme app. I tried installing that specific emoji/font app and trying to see if I was able to choose it from the theme editor, but nothing
Hope to get some answers, thank you!
iFont was able to generate cm themes compatible font files.
As the title reads, this is a black theme for Pipette.
All the credits go to the real devs as I'm just making a theme, which couldn't have been possible without them.
NOTE: If you are the developer(s) of Pipette (com.ochs.pipette) and have any objection, please contact me ASAP, I'll remove the thread right away!
Do not install over the existing app, instead uninstall and install. The signature doesn't match, so it can't be installed over the existing version.
Bugs in next post.
Credits:
1. Marcel Ochs for his awesome app.
2. F4, F4 and F4!
PS: I could create a substratum theme, but I won't be able to test as I have a JB device in an emulator, so I'd love to have people who'd test the upcoming theme.
Bugs:
1. The "ticks" in settings can't be seen.
I haven't noticed anything else *yet*.
