yes we have root, we are waiting for the write up on, "the how to.."
most of the other threads are closed cause of the arguments and discussions of getting root, and not being patient for the release of the files. and the progress thread got closed also... but these are the threads to keep an eye on...

Yes,Huawei has not released unlock codes since 2018.
It is then only possible to buy an unlock code if there is someone
