Hey, I just tried out several Q and 11 based custom roms with my SGP771.
Most of them have problems with the BKB50's navigation keys, they are not working at all under some roms.
I managed to reassign the nav bar drop-down key with key mapper's help, but nav keys seem to be dead under pixel experience 10 plus edition e.g.
Furthermore none of the roms I checked supports multitouching the trackpad.
Does anyone has a fix for this? I really would like to go on using this keyboard together with android Q or 11 and move on from ancient stock rom.
I checked AICP, Pixel Experience and Lineage of course.

Hi guys,
i just installed the newest nightly CM10 (18.09.2012) on my galaxy tab 3110.
first i noticed that in navigation bar the back and multitask buttons are replaced.
second i noticed these buttons are smaller than bevor with nightly build 14.09.2012.
i figuered out how to replace the buttons again and saved the settings.
my problem is as followed:
since the new nightly update my navigation bar is not specific. everytime i have to touch the buttons a bit left and they work.
if i touch them in the center or a bit right there is no action and the buttons are not responding.
only the home-screen button is working well so far.
has anyone noticed this problem? can i solve it?
does this problem depend on the smaller navigation-bar buttons?
i hope you can help me.
thanks
Just try aokp rom it has a full control of navigation buttons (like cm10 but more customizable) and based also in jelly bean
Sent from Galaxy S2 or Galaxy Tab2
thanks for reply.
i dont want to change my rom. before the new nightly everything was ok and the navigation-bar was not customizable, so nothing was wrong and everytime i touched the buttons they responded 100%
does anybody have the same problems like me when touching the navigation-buttons they cant be touched in the center or a little bit to the right of them?
EDIT:
So it seems the problem is known by other users as well.
I would like to downgrade to an older nightly build. is this possible? can anybody tell me how to do it?
can i just put the older nightly .zip on internal sd-card and flash it like all the other "updates"?
thanks

Altough MIUI 9 has Quick-Switch (jumping back and forth between two apps by double tapping the menu button)
I can hardly make it work on my MI 4C. I have to time the double tap precisely - tapping too quick gets the recent apps screen (registered as a single tap), tapping too slow gives back the current app.
I tried the official china MIUI 9 and the miui-eu version.
I`ve tested MIUI 9 on redmi 4x and Quick-Switch works perfectly.
With Lineageos 14.1 and the optional navbar (instead of the device hw nav buttons) it works perfectly on my Mi 4C.
Anyone else has this problem or know how to fix it?
Hello,
I have tested multiple Custom ROM's and I feel like the Pixel Experience ROM is the best Performing + Looking and Battery Life extending one.
But there is one Problem: The Hardware Navigation Keys aren't supported. (Home, Back, Recent Apps)
I would like to know if there is any modified Pixel Experience ROM, which has the Navigation Keys supported.
I imagine it can't be that difficult if the Fingerprint Sensor (inside the Home Button) is already supported.
I've searched about 2 hours and didn't find any useful information.
Thanks in Advance.

AFAIK you have to flash another custom rom with physical navigation button support. I guess it has something to do with the Android version on which the rom is based on, as Google has changed navigation in its OS.
Hi there,
Ever since Google removed global immersive mode starting from A11, I've stuck to A10 to keep that feature. Since A10 is no longer supported by most maintainers, I've been living with all the bugs that came with the last supported version of my A10 ROM (crDroid). I know that Samsung still allows their phones to access something similar to disable the status bar, but every ROM I've looked at has lacked such a feature. Is there any ROMs that do something like that? Or a root-related method that allows me to hide/disable the status bar for the most part?
Thanks!
Hi,
I tried a few GSI roms for this phone but I got an issue of Punch hole not being recognized properly even after changing the cutout settings.
In addition I found in some roms that we can't invert the bottom menu layout buttons.
Any other issues you noticed?
Anyone experienced the I did?
Btw, I was able to pass the Safety net on majority of roms except on LEOS 19.1 (issue on their end I think).
Cheers!
