Soft brick with Qualcomm Crashdump screen - OnePlus 7 Pro Questions & Answers

So there has been a sequence of events that have led to where I am now, which is the Qualcomm Crashdump screen.
Let's start at the beginning. I was rooted with Magisk when I downloaded the OOS11 OTA update. Well I forgot to unload all the Magisk modules and got stuck in a boot loop after the OTA. So I went ahead and wiped date and cache and started from scratch. Everything was fine until I went to root the OOS11 and accidently did not flash the files in th proper order and ended in a never ending boot splash screen at the animated OnePlus logo. So I went a little farther and tried the flash all partitions utility with OB11 fastboot flashable file. That's what got me to the Qualcomm Crashdump screen.
I can still reboot to bootloader and the device responds to fastboot commands from PC. I just need something that will flash in fastboot mode to get a boot image back, I think?.

OnePlus 6 stuck at the Qualcomm CrashDump Mode

Hello,
So here is my problem.
My phone is stuck on this mode and I can't do anything. When I reboot it keeps showing the crashdump mode.
What I've done is that I unlocked the bootloader and did "fastboot boot twrp-3.2.3.0-enchilada.img", it showed the crashdump, so I tried "fastboot flash boot ..." instead.
Now it's stuck and I don't know how to solve my problem.
Please I need some help here, don't know how to get my phone working.
EDIT: I've managed to get rid out of this but my phone is in the booting screen (the red dot with the 2 whites) forever. I can access to the Fastboot, what should I do ?
Try looking for the unbrick tool/guid in the forums. That should fix it.
I managed to get my phone work again.
The problem was I flashed a non-boot image.
So in the CrashDump Mode, press (while phone not plugged) Volume Up + Power to go to Fastboot.
Boot a working TWRP, install official OTA and now everything is fine. Looks like the normal TWRP doesn't work on oxygen so I installed the blu spark one.

You just need to check latest version, before you do something to your firmware.
I have the same problem. OEM unlocking is not turned on on my device. I have used several versions of oos using MSM tool but no luck.

System is not booting after flashing TWRP

I have flashed TWRP 3.3.1 successfully . after that I rebooted into TWRP and it does not enter its recovery UI. After that, I tried to reboot the phone but it goes to recover screen again without entering recovery UI. I can't open my phone now. please help.
At the beginning, after flashing the twrp it was showing only TWRP screen not the options. then i rebooted the system and the phone rebooted without any issue (till now, phone was ok). then I again flashed the twrp but it remained the same. after that i tried different command from the Powershell. (fastboot boot twrp.img) and it showed downloading. after waiting for 5 min, I just closed the PowerShell and tried to reboot. from that time I cannot boot my phone anymore. then i again flashed the recovery but could not boot the phone. when i triy to boot the phone it only shows the recovery screen. I've attached the commands that I used to flash TWRP. Please help me to solve the problem.

Have you tried booting the recovery by pressing Power + Vol up?

Now since you are bootlooping we would need to install MIUI back again, to do this download the MiFlash Tool and the fastboot ROM for the latest MIUI, now copy it's file path and paste in MiFlash Tool, also make sure it detects your phone, now in the bottom right corner there would be an option like flash_everything_except_internal (similar to this) so that the internal storage isn't erased, now flash the ROM and let the phone boot up atleast once.
Once that's done use this TWRP (https://forum.xda-developers.com/re...unofficial-twrp-3-3-1-proper-t3933531/page4), it has a fix for the encryption bug and won't lead to a bootloop (the password/code/pattern asked in it is the same as the phone's), now you have TWRP installed and running
Thanks for your support. I followed the instruction and bootup the phone. But I'm afraid of flashing TWRP ?
It worked. I installed TWRP without any issue . Thanks again ?
TWRP 3.3.1 has bug, reinstall TWRP 3.2.3 and boot to recovery and then reboot to system.

I have now flashed TWRP. But my phone isn't booting into TWRP recovery and the power button and volume UP button is booting the phone into MIUI recovery. Also when booting into the system, it's asking for a password when I had no passwords on the device. Will MiFlash Tool help in this case??

The password is on the phone lock screen? In that case your device must have got encrypted, you might have to format all partitions and then flash with Mi Flash.Do have a try with MiFlash first, might help if it's not encrypted. Also make sure you used the right commands to flash the recovery, and use OrangeFox or Peter's.

Phone shows a blank screen

Hello
Having some issues with my phone
I was using a custom rom beforehand and decided to flash the official stock rom because of a mobile app game that wouldn't boot on the phone. Doing that got rid of twrp and opened the stock recovery. Whenever I tried to reboot the phone it would keep taking me to the stock recovery. From there I decided to do a wipe but it continued to take me to the stock recovery. Not sure what to do I fast booted a .img file I used for the previous custom rom I was using and that booted the phone to a point where it had official stock and was rooted but the game still didn't work. So when I rebooted into recovery mode the twrp recovery appeared but when I checked my files everything was gone. Whenever I tried to reboot the phone it would just continue to take me into twrp recovery. Also I couldn't move files while it was in twrp. So I decided to format everything and that fixed my issue of booting. Now the phone booted as normal even tho I had to go through the intro again. I downloaded the game and huzzah it worked just fine. I booted into recovery mode to make sure it would boot fine from recovery to the phone and it did, but whenever I told twrp to reboot it would say there is no os installed but it would boot fine. Next I decided to get magisk back and running. So I got the manager and download the .zip and booted twrp and flashed it. When I rebooted my phone I just get a blank screen. Nothing happens when I press anything and pressing power + vol up restarts the phone but it goes back into a blank screen.
Help?

OK here is some quick help: https://piunikaweb.com/2019/05/29/how-to-unbrick-oneplus-7-pro-using-msm-download-tool/
I've tried this but it doesn't work. Whenever I boot the program nothing shows up. I checked my ports and I have Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM8) which doesn't match the guide and I have no idea how to change the port.

The COM number actually doesn't matter, it will vary from pc to pc so yes it will work, nothing will show up on the phone screen its self, once u see HS-USB QDLoader 9008 open the msm tool and u will see it connect and start.
What custom ROM?
What game?
Which TWRP?
Which boot.img?
What firmware?
What everything?
How on earth can you expect anyone to help you when you decide to cloak your whole setup in mystery?
I fixed the issue. I didn't know about the button combo to boot into fastboot so when I did boot into fastboot I fastbooted into twrp and fixed everything from there

Huawei Watch 2 Pro (Shawshark) stuck in horrible bootloop

My relatives have gotten this watch gifted to them a while back but it was in chinese so to get it to English I had to unlock bootloader and flash the room. But while doing so I by mistake flashed twrp instead of booting into it on the Recovery Partition right after unlocking bootloader and after rebooting, it was stuck in a horrible bootloop. Why is it horrible?
So the problem is, it keeps booting into twrp, fails to mount data cache and everything, shuts down and reboots again, shows a warning that it can't detect an operating system and continues to boot into the same twrp recovery and so on. When I try to boot into bootloader, it says to go to g.co/ABH and read instructions to proceed, but after holding down the button to continue to boot, it goes back to the same bootloop.
I cannot boot it into bootloader or get it into fastboot, I can't do anything in twrp and I can't boot into os (cause of course, there is none). Does anyone know how I can fix this? I've been struggling for 4 hours with this today. I'm really scared that I've completely bricked it and can't restore it .
I can see it in adb devices while it's in twrp and twrp is freaking out then shutting down, but I can't even side load a rom to even install something I can boot into.
Link me a thread if there is one where this problem gets fixed or help me please. Thank you!

Question No system, recovery or vendor partition and No Touchscreen

So on my OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite I was trying to root it. So I did everything extracted the boot image, patched it, flashed it and when my phone starts up it shows this boot animation and then it asks me for my pin. But when i try to input it the nothing happens the touch screen is not recognizing my touches. It can't be a hardware issue because I got the phone today and it worked like an hour ago before doing the rooting. When i boot into the pin screen and try to use adb to reboot it says: error: insufficient permissions for device. Then after a while the phone reboots so this is practically a boot loop. When i try booting up the phone it is really weird it starts the boot up process after a while and it shows the android and OnePlus booting screen then it has the red dot with the white dots going around it and then a black screen and then it either restarts again or it shows the pin screen.
I followed this guide: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/rooting-oneplus-nord-2-ce-lite.4500297/
...download the correct firmware version for your device (EU / India), bring up fastboot, change slot, flash firmware and done ...the only thinkable reason is, you didn't wait until the phone downloaded the OTA update after unpacking it "one hour" before
I tried to wipe data but then I got stuck on a screen that requires a verification code that I obviously can't enter. And I can't reboot I have tried everything. When I hold the power button and nothing happens at all. I guess I have to wait for the battery to run out.
Okay, so now I got out of that using vol+ and power. But now I realized that the problem is that I had a different version of the boot image compared to other partitions. For example the boot image is like version 3.27 but everything else is version 2.85 (Those aren't actual versions just an example) But when I try to flash the system, vendor and product image it says: remote: '(system_a) No such partition'
or whatever image I'm trying to flash like product_a or vendor_a
Everything else works just those don't and the phone boots into recovery mode but I still can't use touch controls.
use "OppoRealme-OFP-Flash_1.0-x64_Windows" it will flash every thing.
//edit : one time it worked.
After i bricked in again. It's not working. Boot loops
