Mute mic on Galaxy buds pro - General Questions and Answers

Does anyone know how to mute the mic on galaxy buds pro?
- phone calls?
- voip calls (Zoom, whatsapp).
could not find it anywhere.
Sorry for posting here, could not find a buds pro thread on the samsumg section.

I guess like older models. Long tap during the call

I'm sorry, this method does not work, although everything was ok on the old headphones (buds+).
On the official website they write that they removed such an opportunity (

Real working Call Recording app for Galaxy Note 10.1 N8020

Hello,
I am holding a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE N8020 tablet, which running on version JB 4.1.2.
I am seriously looking for a Call Recorder/Recording application for my N8020 tablet, as I previously did hold the first generation of the Galaxy Tab P1000 before(Already Sold), which this two tablets are using the speaker phone mic to talk if not inserted with any earpieces. Last time, when holding P1000, I have tried several Call Recording applications but were not working as all of the call recording audio source "Mic" only record one party of the call, and the other party voice could not be recorded. However, I understand that Samsung Tab series later tablet do come with a earphone, which are totally similar as a real mobilephone.
Lately, I have purchased the Note 10.1 N8020 tablet and afraid that most of those Call Recorder/Recording applications still not able to work as like last time P1000, only managed to record only one party of the voice. However, I am seriously looking for a Call Recording application as I need it on my work purposes.
I would like to check with you guys expert out there anyone is holding the Note 10.1 series and really do already have a call Recording application tried and work with both party of the voices can be recorded? Or even if anyone knows which Call Recording applications now a day work with tablet that call recording audio source "Mic" managed to record both party of the voices during a call?
Please kindly assist and advise.
Millions of thanks.

[Q] Sound through both headset (BT) and speaker

All,
I am rooted and ROM'd M.O.A.R. 5.0) no problems and I don't think this is a ROM issue; that said, I keep seeing that SIII's seem to have this problem stock. The problem I have is that when my Bluetooth headsets are connected (LG Tone+) I hear all sounds through both the headsets and my phone speakers.
What I want is when connected to BT that sound comes through headsets only. I'd prefer NOT to have to go to silent mode because then it seems that svoice becomes restricted and ringtones don't play through BT. If this is covered somewhere else please point me to the thread, I did try to read up but the search function is acting up on the forum and dozens of pages into the search didn't reveal anything.
I'd be willing to install a FREE app to solve the problem, just don't want to have to pay for an app to solve something that seems like a fluke anyway.
Thanks in advance!

SGS7 & Xiaomi bluetooth headset

Hello, I bought exactly this speaker http://xiaomi-mi.com/bluetooth-headsets/xiaomi-mi-bluetooth-headset-black/ ..and it's really great, I must admit..BUT..the problem is, that it is saying numbers of calling users in chinase and playing some weird ringtone which I don't have as my default (100% something from xiaomi pre-set). Only thing I need is, that it will play exactly that sound like normally from sgs7 speaker, not that from xiaomi. Is this possible to change or anything? Because now it's playing different sound from speaker of mobile and different from xiaomi bluetooth headset and I want to synchronize these sounds into one and that default from mobile, if you know what I mean and understood me (I know that I explained it difficulty, but don't know how to say it in other way ). Thank you.
For better understanding, here are my examples:
Sound from the mobile: http://vocaroo.com/i/s0nHZwmVb329
Sound from the Xioami headset: http://vocaroo.com/i/s0EBPjNUpTTi
And I want to play sound from the mobile to the Xiaomi headset too.

Bluetooth redirect question

I am trying to set up my watch and have looked around everywhere and only getting a couple of dead end results. I am hoping someone has a solution or work around for what seems like a basic problem. I have the s3 frontier and it is connected via bluetooth to lgv20 and the lgv20 is connected via bluetooth to plantronics voyager legend headset. My goal is to quick dial a contact from the watch and it be routed over to the earpiece seamlessly. Right now when i try to swap the call the only options available are phone and dial pad, the third (bluetooth headset) is greyed out. If i swap to the phone obviously the call plays over phone and i need to manually make the change to plantronics from the status bar. Ofcourse all this changes after the call and reverts back and defeats the point anyway if im pulling out the phone in the first place. I have tried disabling the call profile from the s3 but that disables my ability to make the call in the first place, which is not an option. I tried third party apps to reroute the call and "soundaround" worked once, once. Any options or theories would be very much appreciated, this is like the core reason i got this thing and cant believe it would be such a hassle.
I also have the SAME PROBLEM and I also would appreciate any help...
In my case I have an OnePlus 3T + Gear S3 Frontier. I have used several BT headsets with same "bad" result.
Thanks in advance...
I have a Huawei P9 Plus + Gear S3 Frontier + Plantronics M55...... and SAME PROBLEM, i can enable "call profile" on S3 or Headset but not both.
When I connect S3 and headphones to a mobile samsung the "call profile" can be enabled on both, I tried it with samsung KZoom, and all works fine !!!
I wrote the assistance Samsung ... I hope he has a solution because the problem occurs with all bluetooth headsets, including the car's hands-free !!!

Bluetooth In-Band Ringtones?

Hi all,
Please can an 8T user confirm if the stock OxygenOS supports Bluetooth in-band ringtones?
IOW, when you receive an incoming call, does whatever ringtone you set on the phone also play in the Bluetooth headset, or does the headset just play it's own sound?
I'm thinking of buying this phone
It does on my phone at least.

Awesome! Thanks for answering my question.
This is an essential feature for me as I use Tasker to announce the name of the caller in my Bluetooth headset, so I know who is calling me at work without taking my phone out of my pocket.
Caller name announcer apps won't work over Bluetooth on phones/headsets that don't support in-band ringtones.
My last phone was a Xiaomi - this feature seems to be disabled in Xiaomi phones for some reason.
Gonna purchase an 8T today
