.asec file extension?

Yesterday i used Titanium Backup to back up my files. After this i copied them to my external sd folder.
Then i did a hard reset.
After this reset the files were in the ''.android_secure'' folder.
They had the extension ''.asec''.
I don't know what to do now?
Can i still use those files?
Thanks..
Sure you can
Sure you can use these files;
Before, your internal SD was mounted as /mnt/sdcard, now it is mounted at /mnt/emmc
So move your Titanium Backup folder from /mnt/emmc -> /mnt/sdcard
Hope this helps,
Thanks for your reply...
But my TB files are in the .android_secure folder on my external..
Should i create a ''mnt'' folder?

[Q] how to copy pictures to d2g?

hi all
couldent find a way to copy pics from sd card to phone memory in order to free space on sd. any suggestions?
thx
To me able to move things to the root folder (internal storage) you will need an app that can mount the root folder as r/w (read/write) and then copy and paste the relevant files. To be able to do that though, you going to need to be rooted and have use an app such as Root Explorer to move it to the root folder.

[Q] /data folder

Does anybody gain application storage by removing "useless" application from that folder?

Cannot move files in external sdcard android/data folder

I'm using marshmallow 6.0.1
I think from 5.0 lollipop moving files in external sd android/data folder is not possible. Files created by apps, mostly received from wifi sharing are stored inside android/data/<app folder> by few apps. These files cannot be directly moved to any root directory of external sd. When moving it's copying and deleting those files, like moving to another drive even thought it's the same drive .
This makes a particular problem when the external sd storage is low. For an example in order to move a 2GB file from external_sd/android/data/<app folder> to external_sd/Movies system required additional 2GB, it copies the file and then deletes the source file. So moving is not possible if the free space is below 2GB .
Internal sd android/data folder doesn't have this issue, moving files is direct and quick(without copying and deleting).
I'm guessing it's because of the owner permissions of the android/data folders and root folders . Is there any workaround to make files move without copy-moving from external_sd/android/data folder to external_sd/<any folder other than android> without root .
