I dont get how to install this either, I replaced all of the files in my EXT, cooked it, and now i have a different lockscreen but looks nothing like the pic u posted...
I removed all other Lockscreen EXTs and added the HTCLockscreen you provided, replaced the files you said to replace in Shell and the WMBuild folder, and nothing..

You're right, it is only for people who are making their own ROMs and adding this as a "Package".
Not sure about the others, but the problem Im having is that Im adding and replacing all of the files to the ROM im making, and its not working. The lockscreen looks nothing like the original post. I might have the default Windows Lockscreen it seems.
Are we supposed to have HTCLockscreen AND Lock Screen App Launcher EXTs to make this work??? Someone please say what goes where..

Demo mode on andriod

Pls i need help on disabling demo mode on my Tecno camon 16.
i used the code *#*#336674663#*#* and the phone is now in demo mode and i have lost network signal bar on my phone

you can go on developer options there's a switch for demo mode too
if you don't know how to access developer options just click your build number repeatedly on setting>about device

They changing camera eveyrytime even if they don't saying it.. From 12.0.1.138 to 242 alot of changes came up. First of all less noise on night shots. Night mode became more friendly on colors as soon as on 138 version wasn't wise to use night because colors got over xposed.
Try to delete cache on camera and then delete cache from recovery mode
