That's really hard to replace. On older phones you could do that, but I don't think that you can do that on new phones.

Its missing the android green/orange logo & and the font is screwed up. The files are in the framework-res.apk I just dont see why its not loading.

Notice:
The download is not for flashing into bootloader, you have to unzip it and take the stock_splash.img!
As there are many various tools and ways to flash a splash screen, i don't post a guide here how to flash. Only the image/picture, for those who need.
Only use it, if you know what you do and how to do!!!
