Database Info

Cannot install any custom rom.

Ok so I have a Chinese mi mix 2s.
I have unlocked the bootloader with miunlock.
Flashed global latest with miflash.
Used fastboot to flash latest twrp, from twrp.me
In twrp, I format data, have to type 'yes'
Then I try to flash latest EU rom (or any custom rom) but always get error 7 with twrp.
Edit: I've now tried re-downloading ROMs and wiping all but still can't flash. Always get error 7. I've tried all 3 twrp recoveries and still error 7.
Any ideas?

Reflashed once again directly after the error 7? Used to be like that om my Redmi Note 2 with .eu-ROMs.
And using the latest from twrp.me might not be the best version for the device. :S

So what's the best version of twrp?

Are you using latest twrp for polaris?
Also, are you sure you downloaded rom for mix2s and not for Mix2?
Error 7 is when version or phone doesn't match.

I'm on android 11 ui 2.0 i want to downgrade to android 10 or i want to unlock bootloader on my android 11 because many apps lik pubg doesn't support 90 fps and bug wohth sound too.someone help me please

there is an unofficial TWRP for this phone, you can flash it through that. most likely pubg will get an update fixing this or realme will.

on android.11 i can t get fast boot so i cant flash any file .on android 10 there is apk in depht test but the android 11 havn t and thnks

thnks bro but i can't reach my fast boot.there is no in depht test for android.11 so my bootloader is locked

I've been waiting a solution since November last year.
Buy another phone.

I am a realme 7 user. i upgraded to android 11 and realme ui 2.0 and then unlocked bootloader and now i am stuck. i am not able to install TWRP because the available TWRP is for android 10 and its not working and i can't access realme ui recovery because i did "fastboot erase recovery" and if somehow i am able to enter the realme ui recovery its not showing any files present in my internal storage when i open install from internal storage. i am able to reboot the phone and can use the phone normally but i want to flash pixel plus ui but now i am not able to do it.
please any one help me if you guys know any method to rollback to android 10 and realme ui 1.0 after unlocking bootloader please help me. i have tried everything on youtube but i can't find anyone facing the problem i faced. please if any one came across the same problem i am facing and they know the method to rollback please help me.

Hello, currently I had little x3 global rom global 12.0.1 base, install twrp + eu rom 12.0.1, how can I go back to 12.0.1 global rom without having a hard brick (I already happened before)
Previously, I had 12.0.8 (android 10) eu rom and flash fastboot via miflash 12.0.1 (android 11) and the computer was totally dead "XBL ERROR" without recovery, without fastboot, they had to open it and do test points + my EDL authorized account.
What is the safest method? Please a mini tutorial. Thank you

download the fastboot rom from this link choose the rom you want to install :https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/surya/
then choose fastboot rom and click download full rom then download mi flash tool and flash the rom through mi flash and dont forget to choose clean all becuse clean all and lock will lock the bootloader cheers

Question I launched wrong bat file, bootloop

Hello, so I launched windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format instead of only the update.bat while already on latest stock ROM with Android 12 when installing Xiaomi EU rom. There were some write errors, cmd window just closed. Now I can't install anything. I am in bootloop, I can get into fastboot. But I can't even flash official stock rom using flash_all bat, it always ends up in writing error. What do I do? Thanks!

Edit: Fixed, XiaoMiTool V2 by Francesco saved me, I used it's unbrick device option, flashing went through and now I am back on stock android 12. But where did I go wrong? I watched youtube video and guy launched first_install bat file and it went through, but mine did not? Is it because version are slightly different? My stock rom is V13.0.1.0.SJUEUXM and Xiaomi EU is V13.0.3.0.SJUMIXM, is this a problem? Thanks!

I think because the bootloader was not unlocked before trying to change the firmware to another region
