Don't spam on Descendant group!

Maybe you're using a wrong firmware. Newer firmwares have reduced system partition size.
From note
Use 8.0.0.360 or maximum .400 firmware for booting the rom.

GAPPS: DOWNLOAD GAPPS
First time installing crDroid to your ENTER-PHONE-NAME, or coming from another ROM:
** Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
1) Copy crDroid zip, gapps zip to your device
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe cache, system, & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
4) Flash ROM
8) Flash gapps
9) Boot up
For root, AFTER you boot into the ROM, you can go back to recovery and install Magisk XX.x (whatever is most recent).
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.
KNOWN ISSUES

Don't expect any support if you:

This ROM can record up to 720p. To alleviate this, I simply took the media_profiles.xml (system/etc) from the stock ROM (TouchWhiz), renamed it to media_profiles_V1_0.xml, then replaced the existing file on your ROM's /system/vendor/etc.
When writing to an SD card (via MTP), it's very slow at 1-2MB/s. A reboot fixes this temporarily, then after a few minutes, the problem comes back. I've tried formatting it both on my computer and the phone. Same thing. I also tried another card, same thing..
I didn't have any apps installed and left the phone at 41% charge before I went to bed. Woke up 5 hours later, and it's down to 37%.
When you have USB debugging enabled, MTP doesn't work. I had to disable it for it work.
Thanks u very much!

KOSP is a small project based off AOSP and we intend to improve upon AOSP to provide a stable and better alternative to OEM roms with additional features.
Features
There are some cool features, see for yourself
Truth is I'm just lazy to write a long list of features and we intend to focus on the stability rather than adding a ton of features.
Gapps is included!
What's broken?
- WiFi Display on devices using MiraCast
- You tell me!
Bug reporting:
-> DO NOT report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
-> Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
-> Do not approach us without any logs for reporting bugs
-> If it is a random reboot, grab everything from /sys/fs/pstore. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
-> Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

I see that now lol maybe try manually fastboot flashing each partition. Just use payload dumper on the payload.bin in the ROM zip to get the .img files
Edit
Make sure you boot to recovery after then format data

This is a tutorial on how to flash Pixel Experience to your Redmi 10X 5G (atom)
Requirements:
- ADB
- Unlocked Bootloader
- vbmeta.img to disable android verified boot, which you can get here: <https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ifnXCIdkqKnk_a1HII9RqQd5CVFWz1xR/view>
- Pixel Experience Rom File, Get it at original thread which is in here: <https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/gsi-unofficial-12-pixel-experience.4354695/>
- Miui Stable Fastboot (V13.0.2.0.SJHCNXM), Get it at original thread which is in here: <https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/miui-updates-tracker-redmi-10x-5g-atom.4266977/>
How to install:
- Reboot the phone to fastboot mode
- Extract Miui Stable Fastboot Rom, then open FlashAll.bat (I'm assuming you use windows here)
- Wait for it to finish
- Do fastboot --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
- Do fastboot reboot fastboot (this should go to fastbootd with blue font on your phone, if not try again)
- Do fastboot erase system
- Do fastboot delete-logical-partition product
- Do fastboot flash system the_name_of_the_pixel_system_image_you_downloaded.img then wait
- Do fastboot reboot recovery to reboot to the stock recovery
- Select the second option in recovery, then select the second option again, then select the second option again (this would do a factory reset)
- Select the first option, then the first option again (this would reboot the system)
Notes:
- I used the version 12.1 v415.1 of pixel experience in this tutorial
- No TWRP needed, as I think the current recoveries we have only supports A11
- What I tested working: WiFi, Headphone Jack, Auto Brightness, Mobile Data, System Stability
- What I tested not working: Fingerprint Sensor
- If I didn't mention something that is working or not, means I haven't tested it enough
- To fix the status bar, Go to Settings -> Phh Treble Settings -> Misc Features -> Set rounded corners diameter -> Type 90 -> Reboot | Alternatively, if you have magisk, you can install the module in the 2nd post
<https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/tutorial-gsi-rom-12-pixel-experience.4485779/#post-87359281>
- If Bluetooth has issues, try to set the bluetooth workarounds at Misc Features to mediatek
- My Misc Features settings is also inlcuded at the screenshots below
- Other than that, feel free to share your experience and experimentation in this thread

Update: Aug 29, 2022 (You need Magisk for this)
Until my PR on vendor_hardware_overlay which is in: https://github.com/phhusson/vendor_hardware_overlay/pull/631 (it will reflect on the next builds of the rom)
You can fix the padding and notch by using this magisk module which contains the new files I made which is attached in this comment.

I can boot my device normally but I can't enter normal recovery mode.
