I created a custom rom for this phone http://www.focalprice.com/MH0567W/S...0_Smartphone_Android_Phone_with_WiFi_GPS.html
I could not find the factory rom, so I created a backup from mine, but the system.img was corrupted but I got other one from a similiar rom and i edited some files. Sorry by my english, I speak spanish, so if you speak spanish you can ask in spanish.
v1.0
- I deleted some apks not important, I just put pure android apk
- I unocked the boot.img
- I unlocked the recovery.img and change it by cwm recovery.
- Adb debugeable on boot and recovery, you dont need turn on your phone just plug to usb and you can use adb.
- I rooted the phone
- I deleted the launcher replacing by holo launcher, because this phone has very low ram.
- The unique problem is the WIFI, if you turn off the screen the wifi turn off, even if you put NEVER turn off in the advance settings, I solve this installing the "Wake Lock" from google market and use it with PARTIAL WAKE LOCK.

IMPORTANT!!
Use this rom only if you phone is briked, dont use it if your phone works fine, because do it with wrong fdl1.bin or fdl2.bin you will briked, of course you can unbricked but you need your factory rom to do it.

I want create a factory rom from this phone but when i backup my phone the system.img was corrupted, so if you have exactly this phone, please help me, just copy all the folders from the system folder, except "etc" and "bin" folders to SDCARD, create a zip file and upload them. I will be able to create a factory rom with this files for this phone.
Or if you know how backup your phone, send me the system.img

in my rom the boot.img its unlocked, but to do with other boot.img you need unpack thet boot.img and then change the file default.prop, changing ro.secure=0, to can unpack you need a tools http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2319018

No creo que vaya a funcionar y no lo recomiendo ya que tu cel es de 4 pulgadas, tienes que ser exactamente igual ya que estos chinos son muy diferentes internamente unos con otros, sobre el consumo de bateria comunmente es por el wifi y pues estos vienen con una bateria muy pobre, casi todos los chnos vienen asi, hay una opcion en el wif que se apague cuando se apague la pantalla lo malo que esta forma no permitira recibir ninguna señal y no recibiras ninguna conexion asi que si necesitas usar el wifi pues solo puedes atenuar la pantalla y dejar el wifi siempre prendido pero si no lo necesitas es mejor mantenerlo apagado siemrpe.
system folder is almost stock. Will that be useful in making your stock rom?

ya le diste en su mauser al equipo.... al cambiar de rom borraste el APN o en este caso la configuracion de la red de telcel... tienes que agregarlas nuevamente....

APN is for Mobile Internet I think... If there's no APN, he should be able to make calls and send SMS, but mobile internet (without wifi) would not access internet.
But, that's what I think

tienes razon.... APN es para datos moviles... el problema que presenta puede ser que tiene un MODEM "no compatible"...

actually i dont know where to find moto g modem, maybe extracting it from stock ROM but i don't know how....
did you try to search in all Moto G forum?

Well this is a know issue to fix it flash your stock fsg, don't know how? don't worry.. copy your stock fsg and put it in the tool folder, then press shift+right click and select open window promp here and paste the next code one by one:
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
fastboot reboot

I dont know whats happening, my IMEI its okei (its not generic, is 358922...... etc)
But when i go to efs folder there are none of these files

How to root your A307gn?
1 - Enable developer option
(by head on Setting/About phone/Software information and hit build number 7 times)
2 - Go back and look at Developper option
3 - Enable usb debugging
3 - Enable OEM Unlock
4 - Boot into download mode and follow intruction to unlock bootloader
5 - Flash the ROOT_boot.img with odin via AP tab button
6- Boot into system and install magisk manager
Please report because im stuck on MDM lock and cant find developper option

Since they are 2 different firmwares I wouldn't expect it to work.
You can download the boot image for your firmware and patch it with the Magisk app, then flash it.

I believe the firmware is different, so it wouldn't work.
You can download the boot image of your firmware then patch it with Magisk and flash it.
It did not work on my a307fn, had to re-flash stock firmware.
mine is the A307GT, should the magisk patching method work? i mean, is this how we get to root samsung phones?

hola , yo lo comprobe y el root funciona perfecto en mi sm-a307g PERO hay un problema , una vez rooteado mi celular no detecta mi tarjeta SIM, repeti el proceso de root varias veces y siempre el mismo resultado , no entiendo a donde puede estar la causa de este problema ,

El problema puede ser que no tienes IMEI, debes repararlo, para verificar si tienes IMEI marca *#06# :laugh:
Un detalle más, al rootear se ve que si rootea pero por ejemplo con lin2sd no deja eliminar aplicaciones del sistema, esto es problema de la versión de magisk la versión que si deja desinstalar app es 19.3 pero después de instalar y reiniciar no debes actualizar los componentes que pide o quedará en bootloop

hola, el IMEI esta perfecto , wifi tambien , solo que no detecta la SIM y en ocaciones se paso a modo avion AUTOMATICAMENTE, no entiendo por que ,.
con respecto al root , no tuve problemas , elimine varias app con LUCKY PATCHER , instale el modulo de VIPER4ANDROID sin problemas .
alguien sabe donde conseguir el chimera tool crack para poder repara imei , gracias ???

You can always ROOT by patching the AP partition, as @Jerry8538 pointed earlier. If you see it as Un-successfull, after the procedure, try the following. Power Off the phone. Keep pressing VolUP+Power, and when appears the first screen, unpress both buttons. In this case phone shouldstart with ROOT Enabled. If you do a normal resart from mobile's menu, it will boot without ROOT. you need to restart it from inside the Magisk (from module). The problem i have (with both 20.3 & 20.4) is that also with these versions, mobile is losing SIM Cards (and quite possibly worsens much the GPS), i Have circles in the place of signal strength, os i need to reboot it normal to restart "un-Root", actually i'd call it a "Root-On-Demand"

ok, I want to try this procedure, but I have a problem: I have always extracted the boot.img file from the original firmware (one file) downloaded from the https://www.sammobile.com site, after unzipping the firmware I had a folder with the boot .ini.
Now that it is no longer possible to download from the official website, I use SamFirm, which, however, downloads 5 different files, decompressing them all, from the "AP" archive it comes out: boot.img.lz4.
Can I start the procedure with Magisk on the boot.img.lz4 file?
will this work for the SM-A307G ?
Will this method work for android 10 ?
