I've a oneplus 7 pro 5g sim unlocked that I've been using for over a year now, I've read threads about converting the firmware to the global unlocked version, but the threads I read do not seem to have instructions about whether it will work on an already sim unlocked oneplus phone.
Can anyone point me to a thread or guide me if it's possible?

You mean unlocked bootloader (oem unlock) or unlock network (SIM unlock)?
Fort the latter you can ask Verizon to get an unlock code.

t-mobile unlocked and hate the t-mobile firmware so I want to install the international firmware and was wondering if doing so would remove the unlock from the phone making the phone locked to t-mobile or will I be able to keep the tmobile unlock and run the international firmware

NO. Because OP8 Verizon has different Modem. You cannot Convert it to dual sim.
Hi all. From my understanding the unlocked OP9 variant is certified on Verizon. However, will the T-Mobile phone work on Verizon as well if it is unlocked? Or would I have to flash to global firmware first? Thanks
