I can not just go out on and HTC Touch Pro ..

Did you hardSPL it first? Read the wiki guide. Looks like English isn't your first language, I'm sure there's a translator out there for you (try google translate)

Dear all,
I bought an htc chacha in china last week thinking that was possible to update mobile language and idioms into english or better italian, but even in the seller tell me that it Was possible it seems that is not possible because the are only two languages in the settings options and when I try with the market it's all compiled with chinese idioms..
What can I do? Thanks for your help...

Please, visit the development for chacha forum. You can find EU roms there and the only thing you need is an USB cable. When you plug the phone to the pc and start the rom installation, there will be instructions on screen.

No, I can't. Hardware drivers and control is different. That can't be simply ported to another device.
It is like trying to mod Samsung firmware to work on a Motorola or a Google Pixel.

I noticed that the video player, when I put the car in reverse, the sound stops, in the settings it is set not to stop the sound!
