Call your Phone company and have them turn off your service and try and locate the phone with a tracker
Call your carrier.

Look up your phone box, receipt and other documents that came with the phone. There should be a few stickers around carrying the IMEI number.
Good, after being 6 days trying to relive my samsung galaxy k zoom in the end I got it, but I lost my original imei, now begins with 0049 and also I lost the serial number, anyone knows any method of recovery imei for this model any modem or patched? I need to have network and data, greetings and thanks
My phone is unlocked. Currently I use Tmobile. After I restore my phone from backup from crash, my phone get signal from Tmobile like on and off. When I check about phone, I see I have IMEI number, but on Baseband Version, it shows unknown. Can you please help me to fix this issue? Thanks you!!!
for some reason my phone stopped connecting to cell network. after much troubleshooting i saw that the IMEI in the phone was corrupted, changed to 350000000000006 from the original IMEI. all things i read about getting the original IMEI back requires me to root the phone. but it doesnt look like a root is available for my build version. any suggestions? sm-g920a build UCS5DPK1. thanks.
I recently purchased a new S7 and promptly attempted to restore my old S7 backup onto it via TRWP. Not realizing my new phone was Nougat based (old phone MM), I was unsuccessful and have since attempted several firmwares to restore my new device. Finally got my new phone to work, but I no longer have an IMEI number on it, and the Serial Number matches my old phone. Any idea how this could've happened? And, more importantly, is there any way to restore the original Serial Number to the device?
EDIT: Spent the day flashing firmware but I always need to flash TWRP and then install no-verity-opt-encrypt file just to get the device to work. I have no idea how i did it, but it seems impossible that a Serial Number could get changed on a phone.
Guess when I restored the EFS partition to the new device, it changed the serial number. Easy fix to change it back in the EFS folder. The IMEI was quite the challenge to restore from unknown to 000000000000000 and then finally the proper number. I guess this post can be deleted.
