Bro u really have hard bricked ur device u can recover qualcomm devices with QPST tool but its bit complicated and requires some files you can give it try...

Someone who could guide me in the use of QPST tools to flash my motorola g 3 in HardBrick?

Hard brick after official OTA update from 4.4.4 to 5.1

I was running the Brazillian Retail 4.4.4 stock ROM and decided to update to 5.1 normally OTA. The phone was previously downgraded to 4.4.4 from 5.1 normally. After the software update, the screen was black and my pc recognized it as QHSUSB_BULK. I followed the normal un-hardbrick instructions using the lollipop qboot tool with the blankflash command, and it restarted into fastboot as expected. But now, I cannot flash the partition or motoboot of any version of the stock builds, including 4.4.4, 5.0.2 and 5.1. I really need this phone fixed, so I need some help ASAP if I can. Also, the phone was unlocked before the brick.

It is recognized normally by the PC, but I cannot flash a partition table (usually called gpt.bin in stock ROMs) with the error message "version downgraded for primary_gpt".

I just managed to fix it by using a ROM from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/general/index-moto-g-falcon-factory-firmware-t3110795

I have a moto g (XT1031), which also got hard bricked by the same method (stupid of me....). Unlike OP, my phone is not restarting with the blankflash command. It says, "could not open device" and the screen stays blank. I tried holding down the power button for 2-3 minutes........ Nothing. Any suggestions/help appreciated. Thanks.

Try using another driver. I don't know how effective that will be, but it could work :fingers-crossed:
I won't share the driver I used because I'm afraid ill end up sharing malware, because the website I got it from was kinda sketchy.
Try googling for the QHSUSB_BULK driver.
Uninstalling the driver is very simple:
Go to the Start menu and type in Device Manager, and open it.
Right click on the "QUALCOMM HS-USB QDLOADER 9008" device (probably under "Ports (COM & LPT)") and click Uninstall.
Tick the "Delete the driver software for this device." checkbox and click OK.
At this point the PC should recognize the device as QHSUSB_BULK again.
Now install the new one

This method is not needed for anti roll back, it will automatically be detected as 9008 device in com port, no need to dismantle the phone at all !
all you need to do is wait for your account to be authorized after posting your account number in the forums and you will be able to flash !!

As long as you sent the account number before the finish date.
You can post here until 24 July, http://en.miui.com/thread-3254707-1-1.html you only need to post the number of the account and then wait a couple of days.
After you need to sign in to miflash too, so that it can verify your account if it tells you that your computer is bound then you can flash the phone !
The instructions will be sent to you in PM in the MIUI account, you must follow every little detail and it will work.
Do not worry if it shows some errors during flashing, DO NOT stop the process , it continues and gives you success message in the end !

after unlocking my phone i just installed twrp and install custom rom miui 10 on redmi note 5 global and boom it was dead now i came to know that we have to take permission from the develpers and ive submitted my id to this post but today is 26 and i came to know right now after reading this forum
will i be able to have permission to flash because The deadline for collecting Mi ID was July 24th, 2018?

If doesn't ask for auth flash last usable rom , unlock bootloader and flash with dummy.img antirbpass partition if you want to downgrade.
Before downgrade antirbpass partition must be cleared (erased).

Hello,
First of all even if phone is bricked and is in EDL mode EDL mode needs to be restarted using testpoint.
To be able to flash without xiaomi auth account you need in fastboot rom a non auth programmer.
programmer is prog_emmc_firehose_Sdm660_ddr.elf.
Non auth programmers have about 616KB 617KB size. If it's more it contains auth code and will ask for auth account if using latest mi flash tool.
Download last usable miui fastboot version ( version you have used before brick phone).
Download a old fastboot rom as an example 9.5.6.0 or 9.5.13.0 and get from it programmer file.
Overwrite auth programmer file from version you should flash with non auth programmer 9.5.13.0 or from any previous version.
Download miflash tool 2017.4.25.0 and install it.
Get miflashtool portable (latest) 2018.....
Copy programmer to latest miflash tool and test if programmer is compatible with phone and if sahara protocol is launched through COM port.
Restart EDL mode and test sahara http://en.miui.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=3576914&highlight=sahara+protocol
If protocol was launched Restart EDL mode and flash using 2017 version as soon as possible after restart of EDL mode.
My phone is not bricked but I have flashed in EDL mode via testpoint without xiaomi auth.
EDL mode restart is very important.
Some mi users has already tried this but they have errors about EDL com port comunication with sahara protocol.

It's hard, someone can help you without important info. You need to share some things like:
- How did you try to flash that GSI? Using which method?
- Is your device unlocked?
- I mentioned previously something like a backup, what about?
- If you are trying to flash the same version that was already onto your device (a downgrade is not allowed)
- If you really put the device in download mode?
- In SP Flash tool, which option you are trying? And if the tool detected device?
- How is your device listed in device manager from Windows PC?
- What exactly the message from SP Flash tool was?

Usually download mode works with device off and connecting to the PC, TWRP doesn't matter here, you have to read a sound that reveals if PC is detecting and then if you tap on download option in SP Flash tool and connect device you will see the progressing bar down.

To completely power off the device you should have to press the three buttons simultaneously per about 10 seconds and keep it connected to the PC, press the Download option in the tool in a way that while device power off at least for a second the tool will detect it, and it will proceed with the installation of the firmware.

Well, you have there the solution, it's up to you keep it trying till you finally can achieve it, probably you need to uninstall Python and then reinstall it, probably you need even run it in other Windows version, maybe install Windows from fresh.
Other people could do it and my self I had solved the issue with my bricked RN9 so just depends to get it work from checking every part is needed on the process.

If your device can enter to fastboot and its bootloader is unlocked you can, you also should need the USB debugging to have enabled.

How To Guide [TB128FU] Test points for recovering from Qualcomm Crashdump Mode

I got my TB128FU tablet stuck in Qualcomm Crashdump Mode. I couldn't boot into Android, fastboot or EDL. I couldn't power off the device.
Windows Device Manager confirmed I was in Qualcomm 900E diagnostics mode.
I had to open the tablet, disconnect the battery and find the testpoints.
For anyone else in this unfortunate situation. Here are the testpoints.

Warning - read this
These instructions are not for noobs. Do you really need to do this?
If your tablet is in Qualcomm 9008 mode (aka "EDL mode"), use LMSA or QFil to flash the stock ROM.
If your tablet is in Qualcomm 900E mode (aka "Diagnostics mode"), try using Pwr+VolUp to get to fastboot where you flash files or where you can power down the device then use LMSA or QFil to restore your ROM.
If you can power down the device by holding Pwr+VolDown for 15secs, then you can use LMSA or Qfil to restore your device.
You only need this guide if the button combinations are not working, so you can't get to Android or fastboot or EDL mode, or power down the device.
Instructions
open up tablet. Be careful, there is a cable connecting the display and PCB
disconnect the battery
while shorting the testpoints (I used tweezers), insert a USB cable that's already connected to a PC.
you should now be in EDL mode (Qualcomm 9008 mode), where you can use LMSA, Qfil etc to flash a ROM.
when you've flashed a ROM, reconnect battery and reassemble the case.
you're done. Turn on the tablet and enjoy.

Unfortunately no button combinations were working. I could not enter Android or fastboot or EDL mode. I couldn't even use Pwr+VolDown for 15secs to power off.

If edl works, try restoring with RSA. That should reset your device and install stock ROM.

I already tried to do that , I always get the information from qualcomm crash dump mode
