1. Download the stock ROM of your own area like RETAIL RETEU RETIN RETAR, from lolinet source and extract and please, don't download from another site or it won't work.
2. Install ADB on your PC if you don't have, and turn the phone into fastboot mode and connect to computer.
3. Copy the file NON-HLOS.bin to ADB folder and open CMD/terminal inside it.
4. Flash using these commands:

5. If your own area stock modem didn't worked, use of the key ROM, because these two work in a most of cases.
NOTE: In a lots of cases the key ROMs working well, so you can begging with then if you want, another method is downgrade for oreo 8.0 and update to pie 9.0. Don't have problem to use the modem of pie 9.0 on oreo 8.0 too.

Unlock your Bootloader
Installation:
Download this and extract it
Put boot and system img files into extracted folder
Enable USB Debugging and run Installer.bat

Download the firmware Fastboot Open Beta 9 :

Download the required Fastboot firmware from 6T not lower than 9.0.7 :

Create a folder " Port_6T " in any place where we will drop all the files for work (I will call it the working folder)
We unpack Open Beta 9 into it in a folder called " Beta 9 " (for convenience)
Download Fastboot_Mod_Flasher_ (Swimmercool) .zip archive (32.76 MB):

In the working folder, create the folder " Fastboot_Flasher " and unpack the downloaded archive
Open the folder " Beta 9 ", find the archive images and open it
Copy from it boot.img and vbmeta.img to the folder " Fastboot_Flasher "
Open the downloaded archive of Fastboot firmware from 6T
In the open archive, open the archive images
Copy the system.img to the folder " Fastboot_Flasher "
Put the device into <Boot Loader> mode
Open the folder " Beta 9 " and run flash_all.bat
When the firmware is finished - restart the device , and wait for the initial setup screen.
Reboot to bootloader mode .
Open the folder " Fastboot_Flasher " and run the file flash_all.bat
After the end of the firmware system.img from 6T will load you into a temporary TWRP
Download Twrp (blu spark recommended) and move it to your phone’s memory.
Download the latest version of Magisk and move it in the phone's memory
We are doing everything without fail !!!
Install the TWRP archive
Reboot to Recovery
Install Magsik
Reboot to Recovery
Reboot to the system
We are waiting for the initial screen. That's not all!
Reboot to TWRP
Download and copy the 6t patch in the phone's memory and flash it then reboot system (You can skip this if you are flashing a beta verison.. but if you use stable version 9.0.10 flash this patch)

That's exactly what I thought. Makes no sense for me.
I try it for fun and works, i put the 9.0.11 and i just found a bug, with the phone off unlock with fingerprint doesn't work.
Will be interesting to know how to update without loose data if a never version comes out.

I have to agree with most of the replies here...what possible benefit can there be to port the 6T firmware to the 6? Why even risk making another expensive brick unless you don't really "need" your phone to actually work 24/7???
perhaps now there isn't any benefit, but when op6 don't recieve more updates it's a good option

Android 10 shipped devices have fastboot like we know it and its pretty much useless. and they have the new fastbootd (google it).
Get into fastbootd.
option a) from old fastboot, type: fastboot reboot fastboot (funny eh ?) another google miracle to not name it fastbootd.
option b) if you have a running os with adb: adb reboot fastboot
You should see a recovery like screen with a red "fastbood" message
(PLEASE DONT USE THE TWRP TO FLASH THE BUILDS, BUT YOU CAN USE IT TO FLASH MAGISK.)
Download the file and extract it and flash the images using the commands given below:-
fastboot -w (warning : this will wipe all your data)
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash dtbo dtbo.img
fastboot flash system system.img

If you not like ZUI firmware - you can flash Pseudo_Global to your tablet. I've tested this way and sharing it here.
Pseudo_global fw was built on ZUI, it has A11 inside and you never can to get some system updates - no one is doing them.
Your data will gone away.

MANDATORY ! After flashing you need at first to boot in recovery and make reset to factory settings, it will format userdata. Without this action you can't boot.

It was exactly what I was looking for and trying for days, but following your tutorial I still couldn't, it didn't turn on, I had to upload the rom 12.6.211 again. I wanted to leave it with multiple languages.
