bug - Virtuous Inquisition v3.0.0 - while in call

While in call, pressing the 'constact' button at the bottom right causes the following crash:
Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped
I would report in the [ROM]'s thread but I can't post there yet.
I'd appreciate if anyone would post it in that thread.
Also, if anyone has a solution I'd like to know.
Are there alternative com.android.phone that can be flashed?

I got the same force close error message, but my call continues when I click ok.
I have the CM9 dialer but it's the sense in call screen that gives you that message. Tell you the truth I never used the contact button until now. I usually go hit the home screen and hit my contacts from there.
And using another dialer like exdialer results the same, when in a call the in call screen is sense so you can't use the contacts button there either.
That isn't a bug in the ROM, it works fine on my phone with the same ROM.
You might try fixing permissions in CWM first, if not then try wiping and flashing again - make sure you follow all the instructions exactly and to the letter.

You can try it, but it wont work. I have fixed my permissions countless times installing things lol.
Go to your recovery, and there, depending on what type of recovery you use, has the option to "fix permissions".
If you need additional info on that let me know.

Make sure the APN is configured correctly, sometimes has to be done manually.
I think I configured it correctly
Sorry but can you tell me the right way just to make sure of what I did.

The APN configuration depends on your carrier, it must happen automatically when you put in the SIM card but sometimes when your fiddling with your device it doesn't and you have to do it manually.
Go to settings > more > mobile network > Access point names, take a screen shot and share it here.
Sent from my HUAWEI NXT-L09 using XDA-Developers mobile app
I think it's reading the network correctly

I don't think it has anything to do with you APN settings, these actually control the data connectivity to the network ( 3G, HSDPA or 4G services ). It's most likely you have the wrong SMS center number. Open the Huawei Messaging app . Open Settings and look around for a setting called "SMS center number" , most likely in the "Advanced" menu ( in my case, but I'm running Nougat Beta which may be different from EMUI 4.0/4.1 ) . There you can set the correct SMS center number , which you can find by googling around or calling you voice provider's support number. After setting the correct SMS center number, restart the phone before testing.
When trying to open the message settings it close the message app and back to home page.
So I can't get in the message settings .

Take a look at my screen shot, in my case there are 3 diferent configurations, 1 is exclusive for the MMS, in your screen shot theres only 1 setting and thats is so you have connection to the internet.
Now I would not now how to configure it for your carrier but you might find it in google.
Another possible fix to your problem is to flash the CUST back up that you should have if you backed up your original ROM before upgrading.

"Use myGoogle Accountinstead"

Hey guys, I'm trying to get back into my old galaxy S10 to use it for a trade-in for the galaxy 23 ultra. Unfortunately I can't remember my old password, and none of my Gmail accounts are working. Frankly, the phone is a bit buggy - the google sign in section reads as "Use myGoogle Accountinstead". Hence, I've been trying to perform a FRP bypass.
If anyone has encountered or heard of this issue before and knows a solution, I'd greatly appreciate your help. I'm the sole owner of this phone, but for whatever reason none of my Gmail accounts are being recognised as the owner.
My emergency call function is also disabled. On the welcome screen there is no option available to use this. The only options are welcome and language.
I'd appreciate any assistance in regaining the emergency call function from the welcome screen. For whatever reason, mine is no longer appearing, and so I cannot enable USB/ADB debugging.
For context, my phone is running Android 11 on the most recent version.
I know the stance of this forum is indifferent/against FRP bypass, considering 99% of people who attempt it are using stolen phones. This is not my case, and I don't need any advice on a bypass. I think my firmware is faulty though, given the strange text and lack of emergency call option. If anyone has some advice, I would greatly appreciate it.
