Bluetooth functionality for PX30 - MTCD Android Head Units Q&A

I got a XTRONS Android 9 PX30 RK3326 MTCE. I'm wondering if there are any ROMs that would work like the Hal9k or Maliysk ROM for instance, that would enable better bluetooth functionality. I am fully able to use the OBD2 TORQUE with Bluetooth (with connection issues after a soft-reboot or going to sleep). I want to also use an RGB controller app to control Bluetooth Rock Lights. However when doing so I cannot find the device no matter what. I am not sure if it is just software (I would assume) that disables this function considering Torque works perfectly and connects to the OBD2. Any feedback would be helpful. I just do not understand (expect software wise) why an RGB app cannot connect to a device but TORQUE can.

[Q] Bluetooth for (apparently) device not compatible for bluetooth.

Hi, I have a question for all of you.
I bought an Irulu 7 tablet that was advertised as not bluetooth compatible, and i decided to look at all the apps, and on all apps section I found an app called "Bluetooth Share". I was wondering, since it doesn't have any other hint of bluetooth capability, if I could get an app that would enable bluetooth on it?
Bluetooth is a piece of hardware. If the tablet doesnt support bluetooth then there is at least a 99% certainty that it does not have the bluetooth hardware. That is not something which can be rectified with an app.

Ok, is there a way to check if i have the bluetooth hardware, or is it a bug with the os that an app called bluetooth share is on the tablet?

Bluetooth paired devices - disable multimedia sound on Huawei

Hello,
I have a simple case:
- I have PX5 radio in car
- and Huawei Mate 20 Lite as a phone
Both devices are paired with bluetooth.
Since PX5 radio is full Android device that can run Google Play apps itself.
I would like to use bluetooth only for calling and as trigger for Tasker(start WiFi hotspot).
But since it is possible my phone sends also multimedia sound(but it won't be played on radio, since specific app for A2DP is not working - and I'm fine with that), I would like my phone to simply play multimedia itself, not via bluetooth.
I know it is possible in vanilla Android(https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6983662/image/androidpit-lollipop-bluetooth-forget-w628.jpg) but since Huawei has it's "awesome" custom settings menu it is not there, do You guys have any idea how to change that settings?
ADB or any application would be great.
I'm not interested about any solution with root.
Apparently there is small "i" button on the right of paired device in bluetooth settings - not that easy to click(because when I tried to hit it for a first time I couldn't hit it correctly - that why I created that topic) - where You can change what sound is passed via bluetooth.

I have a dasaita HA2186-MAX6 that doesn't see a Bluetooth device.

So I have a Rockford Fosgate PMX-BTUR(it's a universal steering wheel remote) but my dasaita doesn't see the remote at all, my Oneplus 7 pro does and it connects and works fine. Any idea of how to remedy this?
The remote doesn't have a pin number, just pair it.
I'm running Hal9k rom not sure if this matters
Mcu is 3.40.1
Maybe I have the wrong bt chipset set in settings? I don't get the chipset and how to find if they work or not.

External USB dongle on PX5

So, the Bluetooth function in Android Headunits act differently than an Android tablet would, for one, it's a handsfree receiver that does not allow (correct me if I'm wrong) uplink with another device.
I have a DSP amp combo that uses BT to connect to an Android phone/tablet, which works fine, but my Dasaita PX5 won't connect to it. It just sees it, pairs, but doesn't connect.
Is there any way I can use a generic Bluetooth USB dongle to connect to it instead? Or is there any other way to allow connection with other BT devices (I have no luck in connecting OBD dongles too, BT or Wi-FI).
Thanks.
The device isn't an MTCB, being a dasiata it's likely an MTCD.
The answer to the BT question is no, you can thank the developer of the device for the hacked BT implementation.
Requesting mod moves to MTCD general.
Cheers! I've been out of touch for a bit and completely forgotten about the MTCx denominatin,
Thanks.

So just to be clear before I go down this path, there is NO external USB bluetooth module that will work with an MTCE head unit? Even if the USB module somehow uses the driver/firmware in the factory settings dropdown?

Android Auto says to Head Unit Bluetooth "This device does not support the Auto Launch feature"

Hi All,
I am a layman in Android Development or coding. Recently I upgraded the Android Stereo in my car that is sold in India in the name of Woodman ( Its the same config of Joying UIS 7862 4GB RAM/64 GB ROM with Android 10).
I am using Samsung S21 with Exynos processor in India that has Wireless AA support.
Head unit on paper says "Wireless + Wired Apple car play support but only wired for Android Auto".
The stereo has an app called Car Link that has to be opened on head unit screen to work while to connect your phone using USB Cable. It works with USB as mentioned. But I am looking to get the wireless support as well.
Is there a way I can tweak the bluetooth or something in head unit and get wireless AA working?
I did my R&D to get it work but failed. in AA setting I found that under Autolaunch settting it particularly says that head unit bluetooth in does not support auto launch (See the screenshot attached).
Thanks
Deepak
