[Q] voice recording won't delete

I'm using the stock Voice Recorder on UCLB3. There's one particular recording that the app lists but won't play (just gets ignored if I tap on it) or delete (deletion starts but continues forever until I force-stop the app, and the recording is still listed afterward).
I looked in Manage Applications, but the Clear Data and Clear Cache options for the app are greyed out. The app is set to store on the phone, but I don't know where to find the file. Setting the app to store on the memory card doesn't help.
Not a huge problem, but annoying. Any suggestions as to how to delete the listed recording?
UPDATE: Perseverance paid off. After a dozen erasure attempts, the file disappeared.

[Q] com.android.phone crashes during calls after copy/paste fix

The specs: Rooted stock ICS on SCH-I535 (Verizon). So, I was experiencing the copy-paste crash described here, and used this solution to solve it. Ever since that fix, the phone process crashes when making a call. Here's what happens.
1. Open stock dialer, make call. Call connects, but screen is black.
2. Message that com.android.phone has stopped comes up. I click "ok."
3. Icon in menubar disappears and reappears. When pulling down the menubar, the call info is there. Selecting the call (via the green phone icon) brings me back to the black screen, and the stopped message reappears. I can end the call using the controls there, though.
4. Bringing up the Phone app while on the call brings me back to the stock dialer screen, but hitting keypad buttons there doesn't affect the call that I'm on. (i.e., if I'm in an automated system call, there are no keytones received by that system.)
5. When call is ended, it doesn't show up in my Recent Calls list.
I tried installing Dialer One, and get the same results.
Should I just wiped the Dalvik cache again in CWM and see what happens? Other ideas?
I was going to finally upgrade to JB and root (while we're at it, does OTA rootkeeper work here?) anyways, but don't really have time before I'm about to travel again. Any bandaids to fix this in the meantime would be great. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, but I had to do a factory reset and re-root, then use Titanium to restore my backed-up apps.

Phone app not appearing on incoming calls.

I'm using a Nexus 5 on Sprint with a rooted stock 4.4.2. When a call comes in and the display is off, a black screen appears. If the display is on, the phone application does not appear. I can't answer the phone! If start the phone app, it asks if I want to join current call, add another call and something else. None of the options do anything.
I have trying clearing the Phone apps's data and even Google Dialer's data and rebooting the phone. Does nothing.
How do I fix my phone app?

You can push a new image to your phone and reflash it.

Factory Reset and try and if not then flash factory image and go 100% stock - no root.

I have the same issue.
I contacted yesterday, Google and the LG customer service center.
This issue not been reported, was advised factory reset or device replacement.
I replaced the device, because it is already factory reset.
Contact Google and LG.
There is no other way, but not understood.

Missing notifications after s3 features update

Hi All,
Before update everything was working fine, and now my watch disconnect itself couple a time per day and i have only sms and calls notifications... Inbox and other apps don't shows anymore I have done factory reset for watch and uninstall and installed again gear plugin but it still don't work. Afcourse in gear plugin i set up all notifications etc. It was working fine before update... Also from time to time on phone i have message that the gear plugin stop working... I clear every cach also... Any thoughts what to do more?

I've made a wipe cache partition in recovery on my phone and now is working fine again, no more disconnection and all notifications back. Try to do it the same.

What all did u do? I have no yellow notification indicater anymore-

Check that in settings in watch you tyrned on the yellow indicator.

I have updated and have an lg V20. After S3 feature update my messages app no longer works with messages app on phone. Texts do not alert me and only show up in notifications when swiping right. They do not record in the messages app on the watch. Anyone else have this issue?

Xiaomi note 7 pro won't show incomming call

Since yesterday my dad telling me he cant see who is calling him, he need to open the phone, slide the notifications bar down and see who's calling.
The ringtone and the flash works if someone's calling and the screen light up but it just won't show who is calling just the lock screen. I've tried everything but nothing worked.
Any ideas?

I would recommend to simply wipe data and clear cache for apps like Dialer and Contacts etc
if still the problem exists then simply go for a Factory Reset, also the OTA update must fix the issue.
