Hi all,
I'm wondering if there's a way to install ViperFX on the Xperia 5 II.
Dolby Atmos isn't really my thing; it's not bad but I like Viper a lot better which I've used before on my old Phone (OnePlus 5).

Simply install it from download section of magisk
or if you don't want to root your device I recommend installing wavelet it's done by the same dude that created viper4Android if I'm correct.
Don't quote me on that, but wavelet is the next best thing to viper4Android

You must deactivate dolby atmos with titanium Backup and then follow this Instruktion

I have a Gionee S Plus, and I installed lately Android 7.1.2 with RR-N-v5.8.5-20171012-A8-Unofficial. Everything is working well except the audio. It has a noticeable bad quality, both on ringtones and music app, comparing to the same phone with Android 6.0. I searched on the net but it didn't find anything relevant. Can anyone help me please?
use any audio fx like lineage default audio fx, viper4android ....

I have been trying to install viper4android using magisk but it keeps asking for drivers installation any ideas

From what I've read in to, V4A isn't yet compatible with the Mate 9. I believe there is bug discussions on github abiut it. I'll update with a link if I find it.
I've been trying to get it working for ages and it isnt working for me. Must be a bug in the driver.
Install at your own Risk !
Only works on Redmi Note 5 Pro (whyred) with MIUI software
Previous version didn't work.(call issue).
I fixed it.
If app working propetly on your phone tell me (or just press "thanks!"), if no tell me about problems.
This version don't need Magisk Module. (Magisk Module doesn't work on my phone)

Tested on Miui 11 by xiaomi.eu (9.10.10) Android 9.0 With Dolby Digital And VIPER4Android FX (Works in all applications)
Necessary things:
Rooted Redmi Note 5 Pro (whyred)
File manager (for example: Root Browser)
1.Backup yours mixer_patchs.xml (system/vendor/etc)
2.Delete and paste new mixer_patchs.xml (Make sure you have permission 644 (rw- r-- r--)
3.Reboot
4.Done

I want to try this, but why the sketchy broken link and the xml in a .rar file?
I want to be able to download the xml directly and test it using my phone. Can't you upload to something like sourceforge or androidfilehost?

i have same just active speaker and then deactive it now you can hear from calling speaker

go to magisk mannager and search viper4android and install it

I installed latest version of Viper4Android Fx on my MTCD PX5 Android 10.0 head unit but because there is no "Lock effects to headset" option in this version ı can't enable most effects. Which version should I install?

That post have a different question. I need exact version of ViperAndroid Fx which will work on Android 10 and have "Lock Effects to Headset" option. I don't want to try older versions blindly because if I encounter a boot-loop It's very hard to enter recovery menu of my head unit.
I understand. You'll find the problematic release by searching the viper's forum. I don't think someone will help you here but it can be tried.
I also would like to know How and Witch Viper4Android.
I almost download and install Viper4A modules from Magisk but I got scared (afraid) and did not install.

EDIT: I have search the viper4A thread and did not find the info I needed for Stock A10.
Bad thing is i already installed latest version and when i try to uninstall it normally from settings menü if my rom it groves an error. So i cant uninstall it. ;(
Hi. I'm finally successful at installing Pixel Experience on my phone. But I noticed that there's alot of features that's not functioning. I wish I could get an answer here.
1. Dolby Atmos is not working. Already tried downloading the Dolby Atmos Magisk but it's not working. Any solutions for that?
2. The Depth and Ultra Wide Camera is not working. Is there any fix for that?
And lastly.
3. Headphone Jack is not working. How can I fix that?
I'm using the Unofficial Version of Pixel Experience with TWRP alpha 2.

Hi, I think the best is to answer your questions in the GSI Pixel Experience thread.
For the headphone's problem, go to Parameters/Phh Treble Settings/Misc features, tick "Use alternate way to detect headsets" and reboot the phone with a headset plugged.
