Samsung watch active 2 and P40 pro - Huawei P40 Pro Questions & Answers

Hi everyone,
I have a question: is samsung galaxy watch active 2 compatible with this phone? my parents have bought me an Active 2 and I would like to buy the P40 pro.
I would need that it works with Whatsapp notification (and answer) and phone calls.
Thanks for your attention and help

I have just bought a Samsung galaxy watch 3 and it works perfectly with my p40 pro. The s.g. Active 2 should do the same.

Yep, I have a Gwa2 and p40 pro and they work just fine, albeit there are some random disconnections during the day, it seems that it disconnects and reconnects 2 3 times in a row for no reason, but after that reconnects and stays connected.
The only thing I never accomplished was the ability to set an alarm in your native clock app on the p40 and the watch to vibrate/notify you when it sets off. I guess its because they are different brands, dunno..(same was happening also with my p20 pro)

You won't have trouble. I have a Huawei watch bought in Japan, and am able to use it with no issues. You need to install Play store from HiApp. Then Android wear will need you to install Play Services. To make the Android Wear app work, you will also need the Google app. Open the google app and leave it open when you open the Android Wear app. But it does work, I can confirm
ordered same as OP today, yippieh

Ho at all, the mate 8 its arrived and work fine but today I see a strange situation. The huawei watch battery after one day its finished, with european mate 7 the battery during 2 days. Its normal?
I see just only this difference of android wear app, the mate 8 have android 6 but the watch have android 5.1.1 its normal? Thx
Hi Guys, bought a Mate 8 from Huawei in Shanghai, I have switched the language to my own, but it will not pair with Huawei watch. The phone says, please pair with approved chinese wear device? Is there anyway the phone can be flashed with a European stock ROM? Or any other help

Gf2 Pro problem with Huawei alarm

Recently I have changed my galaxy Note 8 for Huawei mate 10 pro. Everything woarks fine gf2 pro <-> mate 10 pro except that I can't turn off or snooze alarm on my watch. When alarm on the phone rings, nothing happens on gf2 pro. On s8 and note 8 it was possible to stop ringing, here not. Any ideas? Settings and everything other is same as before.

Gear s2 And Pocophone f1 compatiblity.

Hi
I'm thinking about buying the pocophone, but first I would like to know if it works with my gear s2. There is someone who has a way to prove compatibility between the two devices.
Thanks to anyone who helps me with my problem.
yes, I use my Gear S2 and my S3 on my Pocophone F1. The 2 watch are on the phone and works. Just see last time I used the S2, I not see the Calendar event on the watch with the widget. Do not know if it is just a one time bug ? after I used the S3 and the S3 displayed my events.
confirmed, i use the pocophone f1 as well on beta version

Maybe consider getting the Mi8 too, this way you will absolutely get all of your LTE bands, plus have AMOLED.
My gear 2 works great with the Mi8 and since the mi 9 came out yesterday. MI8 Prices are being cut by a large margin.

I use the Samsung gear S3 with Pocophone, but...
I have several issues I didn't have even I still had my Samsung.
The connection to my phone is lost often, and mostly I have to manually reconnect it from my phone.
I often don't get notifications even though the connection is there.
The find my phone feature doesn't work.
But, it is alright.
The Pocophone is really excellent and a very good buy. Just don't count on a smooth operation with your Samsung gear.
You must exclude from battery optimisation all apps needed : Samsung Wearable, Gear S plugin et Accesory service. And verify at each reboot and exclude again because some or all this 3 apps do not keep the battery settings after reboot. And prevent from unload with the lock icon on running list apps.

Galaxy Smartwatch on Mi Mix 3?

On the Galaxy Smartwatch page, the Mi Mix 3 is not listed as one of the supported devices. Is there anyone that would be able to either confirm or deny the ability of these two devices functioning together?
Hi mate. I use Galaxy S3 Frontier from day one whitout any problem. I think any Samsung smartwatch can be paired with Mi Mix 3 and get full working.

On my s3 frontier it keeps disconnecting as soon as i clean the ram. Otherwise it works like a charm.
Activate autostart for all samsung gear apks and the watch reconnected automatic after cleaning RAM.

Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Bluetooth rejected pairing to Sony wh ch700n headphone

Need help! "Bluetooth rejected pairing"
Please someone with experience tell me how can I solve the Bluetooth pairing problem on Xiaomi Mi Note 10. I couldn't find any specific description like "yeah this worked for me".
The headphone is working perfectly with other phones and even with laptops.
Tried to pair with my Sony wh ch700n headphone with no success. Every time shows "Rejected pairing". Turned on developer options, tried with several extra Bluetooth settings there, but no luck so far.
Read about 30 articles on Google, but most off them was bs or just with factory reset tips. Nothing useful.
Which rom? Maybe help to reset the Bluetooth app

Just got system update, but still can't pair my headphone which worked perfectly before with my old Redmi Note 7
Mi Note 10 system:
MIUI 11.1.2
Android 10 QKQ1
Also updated the headphone firmware to version 4.5.2 from the Redmin Note 7 through bluetooth transfer. Connected successfully with the redmi, music was good. Then tried to unpair and pair again but got the same "Rejected by headphone" error message.
Tomorrow I'll bring it into the office and try to connect from my collegs phones to my Sony headphone.
The other thing that I found my old MI band which I can now connect and seems like works fine.
Any news on this? I am very curious as I am about to purchase new smartphone and I need to know if Xiaomi Mi Note 10 (pro) can pair with my Sennheiser wireless without any issues

Hi! Yes, its got sorted out.
I had to pair the bluetooth using nfc. I mean its working fine after I tried this type of pairing. Looks like when both devices has nfc then I have to use it.
Ah, I see. The same thing happened to me once. I believe it was on my Moto Z Play. Thanks for info.
