Hey guys i got problem with my M2 D2303. I was on x.15 rooted stock ROM with unlock bootloader and when i wakeup one morning i was seen how my phone just booting. I have theroy i just make update my phone over rooted x.15 or something other happends. Anyway now my phone cant load ROM. I tried instal x.15 and x.17 both on locked and unlocked bootloader and even repair with pc companion and result is still same. I can see SONY log, then XPERIA logo and then infinity blue animation to when ROM loading. What can i do? Can it be something wrong with new loader?
Okay, that infinity ROM loading its caused by oxidised connector of proximity sensor. All what you need is clean this or unplug and live without it. On photo bellow is what you need to disconnect.
Hello,
This morning turning my phone on, everything worked, until the error messages like "com.snapchat.android process suddenly stopped" (I have received several of this) including one which bugged my phone: "the prossessus Xperia ™ 11 has stopped working" (the two "1" appeared like the™).
There I received messages that appeared and stood out immediately: I could not use my phone: I reboot. And here's the problem:
My phone is on and stays blocked on the first boot screen (Sony).
My phone is rooted since 8 months, and when it starts, it does not even reach the violet LED: so i'm unable to access the Recovery Mode.
When it charges it's the same: it remains stuck at the boot screen plus a red LED usual for chargings, and when I unplug the screen is still on with red LED indefinitely.
To turn it off (for not stay on all the time), I push with a pencil lead into the notch "off" (at the back of the phone on the left of the SD card)
The worst: When I try to connect my phone into fastboot mode or flashmode, the LED (blue or green) lights, but Flashtool doesn't recognize the device. When I unplug the device, the LED (blue or green) is still lighting. So I cannot flash (which I wanted to do) with Flashtool.
So I think it's a problem because the phone hangs at the beginning of the boot, maybe it's a bootloop, or a hardbrick (?).
This problem appeared like that, I think having done anything weird lately. The phone is one year and a half.
It's very difficult for me because I can not do anything that is in my possession and I greatly needed.
Anyone have a solution for this? Its very important.
Thank you so much !
PS : Very sorry for my english
Same problem i have facing more than 10-15 work stopped i try to install new rom but keel facing this problem but my phone enter in recovery mod but hangs on boot animation
hey there,, i m experiencing the same problem...flashtool doesnt detects my xperia too....but there is a fix for your phone..if u have not unlocked the bootloader then download sony pc companion and then try repairing your phone with it..**THIS WILL DELETE ALL DATA...or if u want to use flashtool then check and install the drivers for your xperia...!!HOPE THIS WORKS....
hit th thx button if it worked..
Hi team, how are u doing?
Happy new year for everyone, and I hope everybody gets very well in this year.
So I've came to try as last chance to recover my old Z5. This phone I gave to my mom and she uses every day and she loves
But a few weeks ago she tells me the phone start appear some glitches in camera, the battery discharge too fast...
My father goes to a phone center and change the battery and after that the phone don't turn it on anymore, just blinked 3 red lights and shut off.
I tooked the phone and trye to recover as I mentioned the phone was old version of some custom ROM from this forum and with all my old old knowledge hehe I've tryed to recover through TWRP but nothing happens.
So I came back to this forum and start read all the information again and how we can resolve this.
I already did:
1-wipe entire cellphone (wipe data, system, cache, kernel)
2-flahs old stock roms, and lastest stocked roms
3-I've BL locked again to try to use the Xperia Companion repair.
All this I've already did and nothing turn it back. The difference until now I could look is: "now the phone starts with xperia logo and after that android logo start loading and boot again blinking 3 red lights.
I can easy enter into flash mode and fastboot mode.
What I'm trying to do:
BLU unlocked again (I can't flashtool shows me an error "cant find loading.sin .. bla bla bla")
I've downloaded the EMMA Tool (it's the same of flashtool but created by SONY I guess - but I can't use because my BL it's locked and I don't know how to unlocked again.
I dont know if its the battery, because the phone appear to start turn on again, I think it's a software brick .. but I really don't know what I need to do.
Somebody can help me?
OH (unfortunally we have in this forum old tutorials and some of them are off already ... so it's being very hard to get more info to do this.)
I hope some kindless soul could help me in this revival
Wish you best!
Anyone?
Hello,
It all happened like 2h ago when charging my phone (was at about 96%).
I just tried to open a Snap and my screen glitched, phone turned off itself after few seconds.
I could turn it on again only to see the same glitchy screen after one minute after turning on.
Now when I try to turn on my phone I can see the Poco logo and then a white screen with blue dots in a vertical
line going through the center of the screen.
I updated MIUI like a week ago, live in EU (MIUI was probably Global I'm not sure, I didn't change anything).
Bootloader is not unlocked, custom recovery is not installed.
USB Debugging is turned on.
Here is imgur with few photos of how it looks now:

Please help.. I've read that I need to give my phone to a service and they need to replace the motherboard.
I really don't want to lose my data.
I never read about that glitch in Poco phones before and I didn't back up my data.
I really need to get my photos of the phone (I really hope USB debugging helps here).
I also have Google Authenticator on this phone.. no idea if it's possible to get the keys back..
Maybe I could try tools from the index thread but I'm really scared I will make things worse, I need help with that.
That's not actually a brick ,it's jus a screen bug/error in MIUI , I had this white screen but only when I installed MIUI after a custom room ,but it solved very easy by turning phone off/on , but what you have is different ,I suggest you to enter recovery by pressing power button+volume up and factory reset the phone ,but first try entering safe mode by rebooting the phone and when the Poco logo appears, press volume down until safe logo appears, if your phone boots in safe mode you can recover your stuff , if not try factory resting to get the phone back.
try flashing the stock rom again using miflashtool.

I dont use MIUI anymore but i user it for 3 month after that bug and nothing happened ,no ghost touch ,just normal MIUI(with the garbage optimization ) .I dont know how it is with MIUI 13. You should expect anything from MIUI in this phone ,for 200$ that is sold globaly.

You should flash MIUI again with Mi Flash Tool , if it still happens you should flash a custom rom,if you get the same result go to a repair center.
just happend this today to me aswell, same problem with white screen and blue dots in the middle, i had it working for a bit like 3 times after restarting and restarting it for hours, it works for some time and randomly goes blank, safemode doesn't work the problem persists in recovery mode too but it works for the most time, i've never had a custom rom everything is stock and im on miui 13.0.1, the phone does not respond to charging it when off and you have to hold the power button for a long time to turn it on
I recommend to flash stock rom through fastboot mode.

That's indicates your mainboard is broken. claim your warranty for mainboard replacement or new phone replacement(in some region)
i got it working again after messing with plugging the charger in and out while powering it on, it booted and i reinstalled the latest update again from the settings and its been working for 6 hours now, no problem so far.
its a softbrick, in the message above i said that fastboot did not work and i was wrong, but you need to have the bootloader unlocked if you want to try the stock rom flash method

I don't think its a softbrick you should get it inspected at any Xiaomi Repair Center.
Same has happened with my POCO X3 PRO. However, after few restarts the phone is now not re-starting after long press boot button. Help.

try charging it overnight and retry even if it does not respond to charging, i did that too when mine stopped powering on although it only charged around 41%

i know it might not be a softbrick but the charger case worked for me it might be a coincidence too because it is random most of the time it boots up randomly after restarting several times, when it does it can work for as little as some minutes or a couple of hours, to me it seemed like the rom got corrupted or something, im not an expert.
my poco x3 pro wont turn on and after the poco logo it gives white screen with blue vertical dots and miflashtool wont work because i didnt download the file on my phone beforehand and my warranty is over what should i do
