Maybe that your download is good, but could you be more clear, please.
In fact, you don't say nothing about this download zipfile.
We understand that something about usb drivers, but for which device (s).
Can you tell us more...
And we cannot use your download link which is useless
Thanks in advance

Unplug your device from your computer. Open up Device Manager. Plug in device. Look for the device in device manager. It may have an odd name, but you'll see something pop up when you plug the phone in. When you find it, right click on it and click "Update Drivers". Then click the "Browse" option. Then select "Let me pick from a list". Then click something along the lines of "Android ADB driver". This should let it properly communicate with your computer and let you browse data files on the phone.

Yes, the same driver will work for MTP. If your computer can successfully communicate with your phone via ADB, then it can transfer data as MTP. Is USB debugging enabled on your phone? And, does ADB actually work right now? When you type "adb devices" in a command prompt, does it give you a device serial?
EDIT: I'm not familiar with the 8.1 Entreprise version, I didn't think it would affect anything, apparently it does

Hi guys. I am having the same problem on Win7 64bit. MTP driver can't be loaded and therefore can't use file transfer for my One. Can't find Media Feature Pack for my Win7 either.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
Same problem here with CM11S 05Q and OSX, Android File Transfer can't see my OPO and on screen I don't have any notification about MTP, debug and camera mode
Hi i can't access my files on my pc (it is unlocked) not even sync for music
also it appears as a audio device in devices and drives
Have you set USB settings to MTP? Otherwise this might help: http://www.howtogeek.com/195607/how...evice-to-show-up-in-file-explorer-if-it-isnt/

yes to all :/
The phone used to work with the same computer and USB cable?
If ur rooted install multirom and install cm13 as secondary os.. then connect to ur pc while ur in cm13 it will detect the driver after that unstall cm 13 and connect as u do normally
like if worked
hey i found away around it thx though!
How did you fix the problem?
"hey i found away around it thx though!"
But why in the name of all that's holy would you ask the question and then not share the answer for others who regularly have the same problem? Keeping info to yourself is the best way of maintaining your "zero thanks" status...
oh sorry for not sharing what i did to solve the problem! here is what i did!
1. connect phone to pc
2. unlock
3. swipe down and touch the notification that says "usb for charging touch for more options"
4. select the option you want
easy

It should work but you would have to install the driver either way so I don't know if it makes much sense.
driver ?

I think you would need to write a script to direct windows to the file where you would have the DeX folder and what commands you need run inside it. You would change the extension to exe after you finish writing it. Honestly if you could pull it off, I believe it would be the same as just installing it. I could be wrong though.
it would be fantastic if it were possible.
my company pc not allow software installation...
Did you get any workaround? I face the same issue where my company does not allow PC software installations
Weirdly enough my daughter's Lenovo laptop whenever I connect my phone i can click the dex in my phone notifications and desktop mode appears on the laptop. I haven't installed any software on the laptop.
My OnePlus 7 Pro acts as Read-Only when I plug it in.
I noticed there is a folder in the OnePlus 7 Pro that has a Driver executable which installs the necessary drivers and I run that fine.
But that doesnt do anything and I cannot access my phone storage at all, that OnePlus folder with the drivers is all that shows up every time.
Yes I change it to "File Transfer", yes Ive tried all USB ports and even different UCB cables and cords. Going into device manager it seems windows is being a clown and cant seem to understand the drivers. Ive attached some pictures to show what I get.
Im honestly lost at this point as to what to do. Please help.

Thats my 4TB PC storage drive, not the phone. Ive installed the drivers as admin, done everything I can think of and still what you see in the screens is what Ive been getting.
Have you tired running both setups?

Yea I tried that and I get that "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (code 31). I mentioned that in my initial post and have a picture of it.
Are you using a USB cable that supports data transfer? The original cable from OnePlus that came with your device as an example.

Yes I have the original and I bought a new one because I heard the original for some odd reason has issues with data transfer. It hasn't helped.

Just a shot in the dark...
Have you tried the PTP option?
I've had several phones that, for whatever reason, the files couldn't be seen unless I used PTP instead of the File Transfer option.
