Doesn't work for me. I removed the secure folder and it still gives error.
For Galaxy phones you want to use this version.
Pixel Launcher
Version O-3743572
This may sound stupid but why not use Nova and set up just like Pixel Launcher only better?

I too had the problem where Pixel Launcher would crash on startup and had zero luck getting it to work.... that is until I disabled Secure Folder. Now it works just fine!

So hey I have been working on this since Android Pie was released and ported to my device (bacon) and today after so much struggle I finally got success!
So here it is Pixel Launcher for all the roms which doesnt support it. Most of you might be knowing how pixel launcher force closes on Android Pie.
The zip is a flashable zip which can be flashed in any custom recovery. There maybe few bugs or the zips wont work for your device, in that case text me.
You can find the zips in attachment.
Updated apks from Pixel 3
Steps to flash the zip are:
1. Flash your rom+gapps of your choice (clean flash recommended)
2.Flash PixelLauncher-for-all.zip
3. Flash Pixel-build-prop-patch zip
If you encounter anything just drop me a message at https://t.me/Ram_rdb
If you like my work just click on thanks.
Thanks to:
1. Pixel Experience rom for the (P-Hotness) overlay.
2. Thanks to Google for making Pixel Launcher.
3. Thanks to my tester @Ashu7397 for testing the stuffs and banging his head with me.
4. Thanks to everyone who supported me in any way.
Great work bro, have been searching this for days now, will try and leave my feedback soon
Great job! It works on my Motorola Moto G 2014 on Android Pie.

With a lot of bugs!!
Installed and tested in my Lg G3 running LOS 16. Looks so great. I thought only default launcher had gestures.
Does it also give suggested apps in recent overview?

Are you perhaps running a custom rom?
Is your build.prop perhaps edited?
Running OB6, with Magisk, and Blu kernel 51....i ran a search on the build.prop and nothing came up as Pixel so I'm rather stumped.

What Magisk modules do you use? Maybe one of them is causing this. Hm.
No trace of Pixel XL in build.prop seems really weird, though.
Oh, and by the way: nice badge! ;D
I was able to enable screen calling by modifying /data/data/com.google.android.dialler/dialer_phenotype_flags.xml
mine is attached working in Australia
just copy over to the location and overwrite the original file (remove "WORKING-" from the file)
Doesn't do nothing for me in UK but I am on AOSIP

ive done it on two pixel 3s in australia and it works perfectly!
i knew it was just a simple edit in a file somewhere - hope it helps more people
you can do it manually by changing anything in the file to TRUE that has "speakeasy" or "speak_easy"
make sure you force stop phone apk and go to settings and enable the option to screen call
Not working for me in Canada.

Works for me in the UK. With regards to it working on custom ROMs it will work as it's more dialer related than ROM related

Is it possible to get the McLaren fingerprint animation on the 7 Pro? Or is it not hidden in the firmware like it was on the original 6T?
?
Did u get the solution?
Nope.... Different firmware... Did a little digging... There's only the ones that are set.
Is it possible now?

Not too sure. It's not in the firmware, BUT I think it COULD be possible with a Magisk module. I'm surprised nobody has tried to make this happen yet. I loved that animation on my 6T, then upgraded to a far better phone (the 7 Pro of course) and I miss the animation.
Still no news for this?
