[Q] S-OFF Super CID?

had anyone success by set S-OFF and Super CID? I'm quite disappointed because my Desire S is from T-Mobile Austria and they even changed the unlockcode so i can't unlock it by code ....

Hi,
in Austria-Schwechat is a fine shop were u can simunlock (and than it's s-off for root) for EUR 20,-

I'm not owner or friend of owner - they just did a good work.
The battery has to be charged! - otherwise the goldcard do not work..
Ex-orange locked - and now free and rooted

But now they know how to simunlock - they had mine for 3 days - now it should work within 10 min..
After s-off (has to be s-off for unlock - there will be a simlock-option in boot) try this:
* install all htc driver (I've installed hole htc-suit from sd of dersire)
than unsecure boot:

and finaly use SuperOneClick

-> permanent root
(uninstal amazonmp3 and all things u do not need )

Everything worked perfect! After 10 minutes my desire S was unlocked and S-OFF! Paid only 20 €! Now i will "un/debrand" and root it ! How can I get rid of the "nice" T-Mobile intro sequence /splash screen?

mit der 1.7 version hats ohne probleme funktioniert!

just download and install it on your PC
than klick on root
(works only correct with s-off AND unsecure boot flashed AND htc-driver installed on the PC)
Aber wenn's eh schon funktioniert hat, was brauchst dann?

My hero (mda touch as t-mobile call it) is flashed with recovery, h-boot, simunlocked and running on 2.3.3 with bootanimations - but at boot I have the t-mobile screen for few seconds
So I fear you have to live with the screen.
"Thanks" to t-moblie for extrem-branding
The desireS from Orange was simlocked - and hardbranded on the battery-case
My NexuS from A1 was simUNlocked an not branded.

Had the same problem on German 1099 but after a few tries (also with the new version) it worked. Although it always said that root wasn't achieved.

try titanium backup to fix this

Had no problem rooting mine after update. I am getting a message in titanium about non journal su access, it offers to fix this but fails. Any ideas on how to solve? Touch screen sensitivity is perfect now.

No need, the script DID root the tablet it just returned an error. Root is working fine .

Can you upload the zip?

Are you sure you executed the batch file in the right folder (ICS_rooting)? Because adb.exe (and the required dlls) are included in the download.

yes root works with this OTA update (follow the link of edit2 in first post).
Ho and i have stock recovery ( don't know if it's important or not)

Yes i'm germanischen.
This Version was preinstalled on my tablet when i got it.
When i update now, i would use the offered update when i check for updates on my tablet.

Well, I don't know whether Germanic is available as a language , but yeah that's the easiest and safest way to proceed.

My language on the tab is german.
So i have no problems and nearly all works fine.
But the touch sensity coult be better, so I hope that the update will bring better sensity than now.

Well it is not capable for 60fps. Does anyone know why ZTE can record only with 30fps while other similar phones are capable for 60fps?

Use this Version for GCAM. Nightsight in the Main Camera works. You just have to switch to the ultrawide in gcam and then go to "more" and then choose "Nightsight" it should now be the Main Camera and it should not crash after shooting a picture.

Use this Version for 4K 60 FPS. Everythink works except slomo and nightsight on the main. The workaround doesnt work with this version. It keeps the wide in nightsight.

Damit entsperrst du die Entwickler Optionen.
und da Aktivirst du einfach OEM-Entsperrung(Bootloader-Entsperrung Zulassen)
denn müsstest du es auch geschaft haben

Sorry, after my experience you only open the device for the following bootloaderopening operation, it is needed to set on enable to start the operation to unlock bootloader, which will be a operation in fastboot mode?... If it was that easy (as you assumed)... nice, but it wouldnt.... Even if it would work: What to do with an open bootloader without TWRP or custom Rom? ... Nice device but it will take time before we will get root or CRs......

Which configuration file you are using? There is not ZTE Axon 10 Pro in compatible phone list.

Found a link to a working Gcam 7.0 apk for the Axon 10 Pro. Everything seems to work. There's a detailed settings menu which lets you make lots of adjustments that I haven't messed with yet. Here's the link. I downloaded the version for the "K20, K20 Pro, OnePlus Devices".

I tested Gcam the version for the "K20, K20 Pro, OnePlus Devices". Checked night mode - working very good! But I can not find possibilities to change lenses (from main to telefoto or wide). Can you give some advice?

I'm sorry I have no idea. I will probably use Gcam for regular shots and night sight. But use stock for wide-angle and zoom. The link I provided has four different Gcam 7.0 downloads. Perhaps you could try the other ones and see if one of the mods gives you an option to change lenses?

I can't change lenses in other version as well. I will follow your idea - using stock camera for wide-angle and zoom. Anyway night mode in Gcam is unbelievable!

Here's the link for the GCam I used. I've not tried the one at the link that the other guy just posted so I can't say if that one works correctly or not. The one that I got works perfect tho. Here's a working link.

Did you change region using the sec5 tool? There is a multilingual option there. Both the Theme store APK and the oppo labs ringtone maker APK have been posted on these threads that you can install and are working just fine.

Yes dual SIM will have same IMEI.
Multilingual working fine with languages and with Theme store APK and oppo labs APK installed. See screenshots

But even now it is working even without putting any region

Only the Chinese version has all the apps and so not the other countries. I know you mean in personalisation settings to have the apps visible it was visible in c.06 2nd A11 update but only after install of Oppolab.apk now it's not visible. To have all the apps you need the Chinese phone and not the CPH2025

I use xiaomi.eu rom, because of the camera swap of the Zoom Edition to my Poco F2 Pro.
Is super smooth and fast, nothing to complain about.
The problem is that it is based on MIUI 13, which removed the forced dark mode on some apps, for example.
