I am actually just attempting to find out either how to extract the .apk files from the .zip files that are floating out there with Footprints installed, or I am attempting to get someone to dish me out a direct linky
Any help would be appreciated. I just cant figure out another way to handle location based GPS points without making a contact for a store...which would suck.

They are probably thinking up a response to flame you to post in the Q and A forum.
But...my guess to answer your question, is because its not open source, no one will post or link it.
I've been trying out the various nightly builds for XBMC on android that kemonine96 has been working on, and after doing a lot of searching trying to find a solution to something suggested, i figured I'd ask here. I own and use a Toshiba Thrive 10', and it was suggested to edit the build.prop files touch sensitivity because the thrive is apparently a bit underwhelming in this area when using the program. trouble is, i have been completely UNABLE to find what the listing is for said setting. If I've been missing something obvious, I'd be grateful for someone to point it out and hand me the dunce cap. but any help would be appreciated.

You can edit a build prop by searching build prop editor on the play store or you can download rom toolbox and edit the build prop...Must be rooted!!

Use root explorer. Long press the file. Select "open in text editor".

I used to be able to search the phone contents when I had an iphone but I can't do that with the gs2 on ics. I know it can do it but I don't know how to set it. When I tap the search button, it only searches google. I've searched every setting and I'm very frustrated. Any help is appreciated.
I have an SGS3 4G (i9305) and want to hardcode date and time, or date+time+location into an image and apparently the native phone camera doesn't support this so I am looking for an app that can do it for me.
I have tried LGCamera and Vignette neither of which supports it or I can't find it one way or the other. So if someone knows where I can either find it in one or both of those apps and get it working....
OR can direct me to another app or solution to my problem I would very much appreciate it. I have tried googling for the answer but didn't find anything really conclusive and it seems a lot of people are actually requesting it....
And yes I know the EXIF info is saved in the file, but thats not what I want. I want it hardcoded into the actual image...
But thanks in advance for the help, and heres to me hoping someone might be able to help me
Cheers
Anyone that knows?
Hello,
I was wondering if there an app or something that allows me to run 2 apps at the same time, similar to the galaxy note multi window. I tried searching for one but to be honest I wasn't sure what to search for. My Oneplus is rooted so I can flash if that helps. Thanks!
I was able to find a solution to my question. If anybody is interested this is what I found.
