Can somebody upload miui 12 rom for indonesia becuase i can not download it from official download link there is some restrictions to use vpn. When i download with vpn the speed is very slow so please somebody from indonesia or somebody who already download it please upload on other server so it shall become very easy to download.

if you mean in colorOS
im afraid there isnt even in the global variant (5 pro)
your best bet is to flash another os (custom rom) like lineage OS for example (please refer to the rom development section for that)
You can't I think. Try using custom rom. Those support a huge load of languages.

Even the OTA update I got for Indian POCO X3 had the word SURYA in it.
And yes, Android 11 is released for Indian Variant. Recovery ROM is 2.3GB based on MIUI 12.0.1.0

One thing to know before you update is, you cannot use full screen gestures with third party launcher. You have to use built in Poco Launcher or use Navigation Buttons.
