My TWRP is gone and I believe I currently don't have any recovery after updating to latest EU rom. i tried pressing vol up and power but it's just stuck on boot logo and won't enter recovery mode. Any advice or fix will be much appreciated! Thank you so much!

How to do that? I recently got this phone and I was not the one who install custom firware etc. And is ofox, orange fox? What is the version then? Thank you!

Yes orange fox go to roms and recoveries section u will find the thread of orange fox with instructions

ok is it possilbe that I have a bad recovery file when i try to reboot to recovery I get a android green with a red ! in a triangle how do I correct???

That's the stock recovery... are you trying to flash CWM or TWRP? Did you unlock first?

Thanks the phone is unlock, rooted and suppose to have cwm flash how do I correct the little red android !....??????????thanks

I guess flash CWM again? If you have the little red/green Android dude you don't have CWM.

I think I got it had to do at least 2 reflash's did it with twrp now it boots to that screen:good:

Hello All!
Currently have Paranoid android beta 6 running on my phone, and went to update my recovery from 2.7 twrp to 2.8.2. Now my phone will not boot into recovery. I checked to make sure my device was a connected device while it was in fastboot mode. the flash was successful and i also checked my hash sums. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go next? Thank you for any support in advance!

Use CWM, PhilzCWM or older version of TWRP?

First, what build you have? ROW or CN?
If you are unsure, try reflashing TWRP CN and see if it works.
If it doesn't, sorry to tell you that....
YOU ARE NOW HOLDING AN AP SET OF THAT PHONE(SJROM.CN):crying:
That stage, you ain't go anywhere. Just play with your stock ROM and Xposed.

Had you ever OTA update the phone at some point? If so, yes flashing will fail because security has been increased whenever an Android phone gets an OTA update. If you didn't, retry TWRP ROW and see how it looks like.:good::good:

I received a OTA update notification but never update it yet,i already try the TWRP ROW but still the same whether it TWRP ROW or TWRP CN:crying:

how to reflash TWRP CN? Download mode, select only recovery??
Hi ,
Can you boot it up normally? If yes, then reflash recovery.img using any flasher apps download from play store ( e.g : flashify )
& If not,
if it MTK chip device, the best way to flash new img file is by using SP flash tools.
Also, for MTK device, you're able to create CWM recovery from your original boot.img automatically, using MTKDroidTools. Or PhilZ ( The best ever! )

Pls help me in this case!
I flashed rom stock for S6-920F via ODIN, it worked nomally after restart.
Then I flash TWRP 3.0.0-1 via ODIN too, It passed everything was OK.
But when I start the phone in Recovery mode it just stucks at Recovery is not seandroid enforcing!

Help: Hard Reset by using more than 10 sec. power off and volume down button at the same time.
Then my s6 boots normal.
I guess we need a new version of twrp!?

My s6 with newest stock rom worked nomally, but I want flash rom XtreStoLite 3.0 via TWRP 3.0.0.0
First I flash rom Stock via Odin, done and my s6 reboot
Then I flash REC TWRP via odin too, it ok but I cant load TWRP when press when press vol+ , home , pow

It seems that original 3.0.0.1 doesn't work with 6.0.1
There is a reference on page 120 to arters97 compiled twrp version.
Its a possibility, I didnt try it.

After flash arter97-recovery-g920fi-13.0-twrp_3.0.0-0 via Odin i can enter REC TWRP, now i can intall rom Xtre 3.0

Sir, please do help me. My custom rom was CM lollipop, i updated it to its latest version but it didnt turn out well, it only stayed on its nvidia logo. So i tried to go to twrp recovery Version 2.8.7, so i thouht that the latest version of CM did not work because of my outdated twrp. so i did flash the 3.02 version of twrp, but sadly it didnt work, the same it only stays on nvidia logo
I tried installing the twrp .img using the ADB, but the fact that i cant open developers settings dew to wiped rom. So can please if there is someone who can help me. !
Flash it using fastboot while in the bootloader, not adb.

Download the appropriate firmware and flash. There is instructions on the website I believe.

There is also a thread in general that has links and information for OTA and recovery images. Take a look there it should have everything you need and instructions.
