Hi I normally use bxactions to hide both the status bar and nav keys but it doesn't seem to be compatible yet and looks like Samsung have even stopped use been able to hide the softkeys
Does anyone know another way of having immersive mode I know it can be done with adb but doesn't that just leave us with a constant black bar at the top?
Thanks

Yeah, I tried hiding the status bar with ADB but it doesn't look right in most apps. You can still hide the navigation bar and use gestures, I'm just baffled that you can't hide the status bar in the default Samsung browser anymore. The option is still present on my Note 9 running an older version but on the Note10+ it's gone.

Ya I have the note 9 too and I've just got it set to immersive on the bxactions app but cannot seem to get it sorted on the note 10 I'm too paranoid about screen burn so its normally the first thing I do lol
On the Note 9, you can enable gesture navigation and then turn off the "hints" buttons, giving you a full screen experience. It should work the same way on the Note 10+.

Thanks I've tried that but don't like full gestures I like been able to swipe from the bottom and it brings up the softkeys also I'm after hiding the status bar the same way
You can use this to have an immersive mode toggle. You can choose what it hides. Status bar and nav bar or 1 or the other

Any chance there is a Magisk module or something else that will restore the OnePlus gestures? I have been using 10 all day but haven't been happy with the Google gestures.
You could switch to old gesture under settings - button and gestures - Navigation bar gesture - Then choose navigation gesture bottom - thats the default oneplus gesture
Thanks!!
Hi everyone,
Today I received my little f2. When I turned it on the phone had miui 11 and had both the animations of the icons (when you go back from the settings and turn the wheel icon for example) and the Google news when scrolling left. But I have upgraded to miui 12 .0.1 and now it doesn't have those features. Any solution?
Thanks.
So gesture navigation has already been great, Idk if it only exists in Android 11 but gesture navigation seemed to be not-so-good in full-screen gaming since if you just touch and swip the edges of your phone, the status bar shows up, and it's kinda annoying because it is distracting, especially in full-screen. Any workaround setting on how to fix this?
Hi!
so i want to hide the android status bar.
I already did this by putting every app in immersive mode via ADB.
BUT there is a little downside that drives me crazy.
I navigate to e.g. the homescreen by swiping up from the bottom of the screen.
With immersive mode on it needs 2 swipes. First swipe shows the status bar, second swipe brings me to the homescreen.
I use Nova launcher and there i can hide the status bar so that the bar will not be shown on the first swipe, but that works only outside any app.
Any idea how Nova Launcher does this?
I'm on Android 11 on a S20 FE 5G if thats of importance.
Thanks!
