Does is add any grip to the back? If it stops the phone gliding of the table it's good enough for me.

Yes it does. The leather style back has a texture to it so it will definitely grip/cushion the back well.

It honestly doesnt provide that much more grip it probally does more than the glass but when i had my BSE on the back the grip was better than with the black leather. It just doesnt have that much texture to it (The color ones have more) The carbon fiber and titanium ones do have a bit more grip aswell but the black leather is the least and most slippery of them all.

Hi guys how are you all doing? I love my new S6! But I hate the case that I am using with it. The case is a casemate naked tough clear case with some tpu that wraps around the phone inside the case. I have been looking for some nice skins to put on the back of my s6. Has anybody try'd them out on their s6? If so I'd love to see some pictures and hear what you think of them.

So I ordered a black carbon fiber skin for the back of my galaxy s6 this morning. I'll let you all know how I feel about it and post some pictures of it on the phone once I get it in the mail.

Over the past few months I have been looking for a way to keep my 6P safe while looking decent at the same time.
I initially purchased the spigen ruggedarmour for the phone, and while it offers great protection, it looks pretty ugly with the exception of two carbon fibre strips. It shows none of the 6P's brushed metal back and is dull.
I looked at the clear cases but they seem quite tacky, and the dbrand skins offer no actual protection as they are applied to the phone itself (no case).
I wanted the protection of the spigen with the appearance of the 6P raw, so I decided to apply some vinyl wrap to the spigen case. There are no pre-cut vinyls (like dbrand ones) to apply to cases, so I figured I'd make my own.
I bought some brushed metal style vinyl wrap (made for cars) off eBay, and then applied this direct to the spigen case. A few cuts with a penknife along the edges and some wrapping with the aid of a hairdryer (loosens the vinyl) and the end result is actually pretty decent. A bit more smoothing might be needed and I might lift and re-apply the vinyl to get out a dust spot underneath, but I'm happy and the brushed metal looks good with the carbon fibre bits.

I actually did the same thing but with the dbrand skin applied directly on top of the Spigen Rugged Armor (which is neither "rugged" nor an "armor"). I initially used their mahogany skin, but now I'm thinking of buying more of their cases in order to mess around with more dbrand skins. I have 3 more on the way, with dbrand's copper, brushed titanium and carbon fiber skin on the way.
Wow, I wouldn't have thought they would have fitted so well! The dbrand ones are definitely a lot cleaner although I am not sure if I can warrant paying for them + shipping to the UK... ��

They fit perfectly actually! The dbrand skin fits the Spigen Rugged and the Spigen SlimFit, as long as you apply it properly and have a decent heat gun nearby. PM me if you need more info.

Looks also nice...but i dont do it for the slippery..just becouse it's cool?
Which skin has the most grip? Dragon skin? I hoped that with the camo skin the phone wouldn't be that slippery.. so now I'm kinda confused which one to buy

I have the silkwhite version of the op6 and thought about buying some dbrand stickers but realized I would be hiding the amazing colors on the phone.

Its good...finishing is always good...grip bit better than midnight...
honestly i had the camo but took it off because the texture is annoying and slippery. I cant see how a skin (maybe besides glossy) could make it grippier than the glass back

(had dragon skin from dBrand on my OP5, liked it a lot, and later the camo from another brand, which was not so great fit).

Yes, grip is better than black camo skin.. I have mine without any white skin in One Plus logo as you may see. Just plain and simple.. But I definitely recommend this Skin...
