[Q] Huawei Ascend G700

Hi,my first post here.
I bue Huawei Ascend G700-U00 ,android:4.2.1:JELLY_BEAN_MR1:SDK=17 ,Emotion UI 1.6 ,kernel version 3.4.5but no Google play installed.
I try several packeds Google play versions 4.1.10,4.2.3,4.2.9 etc.Google play store is installed but when i sart using it it comes up 1 second and then gone.
Also i try install different versions GApps ,swiping cache and factory reset format,but getting error message installation aborted.
Can somebod tell me what GApps version i need , if phone need be rooted can you tell where i can download rooting program because now got only App center

Is italian because i've used more locale to change it. And yes all menus are italian
If you need you can choose other languages

I get rooted ,GApps installed and Localed.
But connection is not stable ,its changing off-edge-hspa-hspa+ and i dont change place ,not mowing enywhere ,when connection totally lost i must mowe phone about 1-2 meters up down and then its taking connection , at my home.
I try update 3G connection to changing MT6589_modem_v7_08.05.2013 update ,phone dont lost connection enymore but only Edge speed is maximum now.
My Baseband version WR8.W12.46.P6.2013/07/24 16:20 what modem update is righ to me?

Ok i understood that modem.img part.
But how i can istall new rom 131 version?
Offical recovery back and then?
Edit.Yes i install 131 v. as local update and Radio updated back to HSPA.

Morelocale2 and you get any language ,use custom setting if not find your language must be rooted.
Run it 2 times if not set first time.

After new rom its 10-15% better , but actually can be better , still sometimes goes offline.
And this tab is missing my APN settings , MMS Protocol , but its not put net offline randomly?

Hey guys . As many of you have heard the Camera NX gives full capability of portait mode without having dual cameras . With only one camera you can get Pixel XL like photos with this app .But it has a drawback . It only runs on Android Oreo roms . But I have modified the app to run on Nougat ( 7.0 ) devices . I've tested this on Xiaomi Redmi 4 prime..I advise you to test it on your device.
Note: Camera2api must be enabled
Bugs: Front camera isn't working on this app but you can use google camera for front bokeh

Hi Zix Zax2, thank you for your effort. I tried installing on Xiaomi Mi 5s Xiaomi.eu ROM Android 7.0 but it failed because of a problem "parsing the package". Google Camera works with no problem, uninstalled the GCam to prevent a possible conflict but no luck. Have a nice day.

Yeah The Front Camera Crashes.

Doesn't install in v30, error parsing package.

Hey. On miui roms the camera2api is disabled by default. And i will try to make this working on more nougat devices. This app is mostly working on custom roms which has camera2api enabled.

How to see if the rom I'm using has camera2 api or not?
Crashes on DU(sultanized)-Oneplus One.
Tried adding "persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1" in build.prop,still no luck.

It says my device doesn't support manual settings at all(there've been comments that the app shows wrong results).However,when I tried using camera2 api probe app,it says that legacy support is there(see attached screenshot),which I presume is true,as we've a modified camera HAL(OSS/sultan's/modified OOs cam blobs) with manual features working.

I will investigate this matter and i have noticed that the app is working perfectly on phones which shows full hardware compatibility with camera2 probe app.

Installed but doesn't open on 10.or G stock 7.1.2

No, t230 is way different than t530/t535.

If coming from KitKat you must flash Lollipop stock rom first. This will update the bootloader. Finally install latest TWRP recovery and Lineage 7.1.2

I managed to install the rom (though it's my first time rooting and and updating a rom so I don't know a lot).
I saw that in the open GApps site there isn't a package for 7.1.2, and the closest package is for 7.1.1, this is the one to install on my T530 (32 bit processor), or can I install a higher version and it should be supported on this rom?

No that is the right gapps, it is for 7.1 (7.1.1 and 7.1.2.) so go ahead and install that one. I hope you enjoy the rom!!!:good:

I have installed this os and my wifi works very weirdly. My Samsung Galaxy Tab4 can connect with every router which can see, but when connected it says "no internet" where other devices connected with the same router have internet and works without problem.
Does anyone have or had a similar problem? Is there a solution to this problem?

I've had this issue at times. A reboot to recovery and wiping cache/dalvik cache fixes it for me.

Nope but im trying to fix it but with no luck at all and add some cool feture in the process like better launcher cooler wallpaper pixel icons etc... help is welcomed check orgnal post for info and build files.

Any idea as to why Live Display may not be working on this one? I could use Night Mode

Dose anyone of you have trouble playing Pokémon Go?
I know that is an old game but I cannot understand why it tells me that my system is not compatible, after some minutes of gaming!
I have the latest xiaomi.eu weekly.
This is not a new problem for me, I think I tried for the last year to play it every 3-4 ROM versions but nothing changed.
In addition a friend with same phone and ROM plays without problems, also with a rooted device (mine is not rooted).

Cause long time ago some people run on virtual machines thousands of pokemon go apps, scan ad make maps to pokemon go. Niantic now always make problem to run pokemon go on modified phones.

The same/not the same. Maybe different vendor partition, boot partition or something else (even it is the same rom) and pokemon go thinks that u has modified phone, friend not.
Pokemon checks on many planes whether the phone is unmodified. Very aggresuve check.

You could try fully flash edl china rom/global test pokemon go. and after it works flash xiaomi eu rom.

When restoring using HiSuite, it responds with "Failed to restore".

1. Check your drivers and make sure they're all installed properly
2. Make sure you use the provided cable
3. Need to have a Sim card inside and also logged into huawei account
4. USB debugging needs to be turned on and also the hisuite USB access.
Had the same issue too and doing all the above plus a a reboot or two and it worked fine after that. Firmware versions doesn't effect it.

Hi, plan on this phone as my daily driver so I will probably runs anything on it, including sensitive banking and security apps, I have saw lots not recommending using this method as it opened up some loopholes (i.e. Google SafetyNet failed), any source or research being done that pointed out any insecurity of using such method? (i.e. Prone to information leaking, etc.)
