No camera by default. FOD is good, but need little fixes about brightness.

Gpay working? Selinux state?-

It has become my rom for daily use.
Very good, I recommend it

First of all, thanks for this ROM, it is really good, and I had a very good impression at first, but I returned to the original MIUI 11 for the moment, just because of the camera app. This phone has such a good camera that it became the main "camera" used to take pics from the kids (1 and 4 year old).
I want to go back to it, and keep, but first, I would like to know if there is any camera app that can be compared to the MI Camera app that originally comes with the phone. I'm looking at the new Gcamera, as I've read good reviews about it.
Also, how can I remove the google search bar from lower part of the screen. I personally hate having the search bar in the main screen.
Thanks again for the ROM.

You're best off have a look here https://t.me/PyxisVelaPhotography dedicated group for pyxis photo, you can get there both gcam porsts as well as original miui cam ports.

Still no GPay, another one half working useless Rom, with few bloatware apps that collecting info from your phone.

U can use miui camera port, you can find in the photography group.

Put one thing in your head: Bliss don't break your Goat, unlocked bootloader is the culprit, if you want to use gpay flash your miui stock rom and relock your bootloader.
Plus: this rom don't collect any data of you, this 2 apps are only to bliss things, one for count how many guys are using the rom (and that's it, nothing more, it's open source and you can check, other Roms have it too). The other app is just about bliss information, maintainers, etc. This does not detract from your experience at all. And finally, I dedicate my time studying and trying to bring the best to the pyxis community, unlike other developers who already screwed up the community. I don't gain anything from it, on the contrary. So don't complain about something you didn't pay for, and it works 99% well. I don't want to be rude, I just want to clarify things.

Hello, I am very happy with Bliss rom, thank you developers.
I have two problems:
The sound output from the 3.5mm jack does not work.
When I call, my correspondent has a lot of echo if I put the speaker.
Your help would make me happy, see you soon.

You can explain the issue better? All Fine here.

Sorry for my very bad English, I am using google translate.
First, I have no sound in my wired headset and second, during a phone call, if I put the speaker to listen to my interlocutor, it has a lot of echo.
The noise prevents him from understanding me. This echo does not come immediately, only after about a minute.
I specify that I did a clean installation with orangefox and that I have the latest European firmware.
Thank you for taking the time to my request.

thanks for the ROM! it runs well, been using it about a month. 2 questions. Does FM radio work for anyone? it just freezes my phone. Also, does anyone use an AUX cord with it? that doesn't work for me either... yeah, the car doesn't have BT.
OpenCamera works well.
Headphone jax works fine for me.

About Carbon
CarbonRom is an aftermarket firmware based on the Android Open Source Project. We are dedicated to fast, stable, and feature-filled roms, honesty and communication with our users, and openness with our code. We like frequent builds, with the very latest and greatest hardware support and fixes. We strive to not only provide you with the best rom we can build, but also to give back to the Android community and our fellow developers. For us, this is about creating something we can be proud of and hope you will enjoy.
Please feel free to look at, build, and use our code on CarbonDev GitHub.
We would like to thank CyanogenMod for their device trees, framework/settings mods and their code that was incorporated into this project. We also extend our gratitude to the devs whose code that we have incorporated. Proper authorship has been maintained and can be viewed on our repository.
Special thanks also go to Slim Rom for some of their features, PA, AOKP, and anyone else we may have borrowed commits from that hasn't been mentioned here. If you feel you have been unfairly left out, please - let us know.
While we make every effort to test these builds as much as possible, we are not responsible for anything that may happen to your device, family, pets, or perception of reality. We ask that you do your part to know your device and know how to recover from problems before you flash! If you have questions, ask your fellow users or ask us in #teamcarbon on freenode IRC.

Support
We spend an astonishing amount of time developing this software. We can't spend much time on XDA as a result, so if you need support, please try the following:
1) Search. Search, search, search. Yes, you. I don't care how unique or important your question is, it's very likely someone has adressed it already. Especially if you're even close to new at this.
2) Read our FAQ, which can be found on our goo.im page linked above. It's new, but expanding fast. Just like us!
3) Ask a question in your device forum. Someone will no doubt try to help you. Warning: this help may come in the form of telling you it's a dumb question that has been asked before. See step 1 - such are the perils of asking questions when you haven't done the research yourself. Android is about helping yourself.
4) Join our G+ Community: http://community.carbon-rom.com This is where we spend the bulk of our time and the best way to reach us and other community members. We update and frequent this community far more than XDA, simply due to time constraints and the convenience of G+.
5) Ask a question on our IRC channel. Connect to #teamcarbon on irc.freenode.net or click here. You'll find several other Carbon fans and usually one or more devs as well. Please be polite.

Working/not working?
Looks excellent! Could you provide details on what is currently working or not working? A lot of JB roms have wifi/mobile connection problems or non working cameras.

Bugs:
- Torch works, but high brightness is the same light level as normal. Option does nothing.
- InspireMod does not do anything, either. Settings->about still says Desire HD (this also occured on your PAC-man ROM)
- Switching WiFi APs crashes gapps, Facebook, and Facebook Messenger
- Settings->Carbon Fibers->Device Tunables does nothing.
Other:
- Bluetooth seems to work fine.
- Cellular seems to work fine.
- Camera and gallery work exceptionally well. Camera takes much better pictures than the one included with your PAC-man ROM
- If the WiFi worked, then I would use the ROM on a daily basis. Since it doesn't, I'll probably be switching back to 10.1 unofficial or something. This is a very smooth ROM so far...
I forgot to change the boot.img from PAC-man ROM to Carbon ROM. *facepalm* Now WiFi works!
I now condone this ROM as my OFFICIAL everyday use.
Nothing in this Rom works, it just bootloops or freezes. Sorry.

Remembered to format/wipe and flash boot.IMG?
Inspire 4G. I'll test your ROM.
Also, very high ram usage. 564MB used right now with nothing but XDA running.
Fails to play YouTube videos.
Also fails to check email automatically.
Inspire 4G. I'll test your ROM and give you a bug report.
Hi @CedArctic , I was using your previous Carbon rom with JB 4.2.2 and now switched to this one to test it out. I find that it's very smooth, but this are a list of things that are not working properly:
- For some reason, every google app installed with the package you provided, FC at some time.
- Video recording does not work. At all.
- Mobile Data works sometimes. When I switch it on, the icon constantly appears and dissapears until some minutes later it fully works and turns blue.
- Very high ram usage, not one app opened and I just have 29mb free.
I will test some other things like music and video playback when I have the time and get back at you. It would be cool to know if you read this message, thanks!
I think I'll stick with CM10.1 Unofficial until a near-bugless CM10.2 comes out for my Inspire 4G.
Thanks for the offer, however I have decided it's time for me to upgrade my phone. I'm going to leave my phone the way it is, and then sell it when my new one arrives.
If anyone is interested in it please pm me. Again thanks for the offer.

Gapps 4.3 link is dead. These should work. http://www.androidfilehost.com/?a=show&w=files&flid=7775
can this ROM work on HTC desire or g2
This did not work at all for me. I was able to get it to boot but when it gets to the initial setup screen everything stops working and you get an endless supply of error messages that don't go away.
You and me both
Downloaded twice, both times full of FCs. Great ROM - what a waste of our time.
This ROM has been added to the index thread.
I was able to install it (did full wipe) but I am unable to get the keyboard to work. Every few seconds, I get the message "unfortunately android keyboard (AOSP) has stopped". I installed google keyboard but cant get the prompt where I can change the input method.
Any ideas?
---------------------------------------------------------------
Edit: fixed! uninstalled the AOSP keyboard. its working fine so far. I have not tried cellular service (using it on wifi only, a spare phone)

The 2nd link is also dead.
Can anyone point me to an active GApps 4.3? Can I use the one from http://goo.im/gapps?
Does This ROM support Screen Mirroring?
This rom would be awesome, if the data connection would work properly.
flashed rom after flashing gapps, the data got broken.
wiped again, data worked until first "random" reboot.
went through in the settings, and when i hit quick titles row setting the phone rebooted and since no data. not looking forward to a fix since the thread and the phone itself is dead, but still a shame would be a daily used rom for me if data would work.
Anyways its smooth and very nice, and did not got any reboots just that one mentioned above.
I tried to install this ROM, but stucks with "Carbon" logo, any idea?

you can try:
a) building a rom yourself and adding the patches
b) reading a little more to find out you can try to inject those patches in any rom you use

I know about both those things, but built-in support is the best way to go.
If they don't want to add it, it's fine.

Team Bliss is pleased to present to you
Bliss 7.3
Bliss is one of the most highly customizable roms that you can install on your mobile device as well as your PC, and we hope you have a truly blissful experience.
Bliss-caf is CAF based, optimized, and includes the most features out of all our branches. More features and devices are being added weekly to this branch. It will be the most updated.
Bliss-decaf is AOSP based, slimmed down, optimized, and included a ton of extra features added in from various roms, and we will continue to add more as they become available. We will keep up to date with the latest AOSP code, and updates will be posted on a regular basis, but not as often as out Bliss-CAF branch.
Bliss-x86 is our Bliss for PC project, will have a few PC centric extras added in to help with application compatibility, mouse integration, keyboard shortcuts, tc. And we have added a few little linux throwbacks like bash and busybox commands, integrated Terminal and much more.
Please do not ask for ETA's. We will update the links as soon as they become available.
We will not tolerate any rudeness or anyone being disrespectful in this thread. Moderators, feel free to enforce anything you feel is necessary to stop bad posts.
We will do our best to answer your questions or concerns as soon as possible.

Please feel free to look, build, and use our code at CarbonROM's GitHub...
What is PAX?
Our release of Android 10, titled CR-8.0, is codenamed PAX after the latin word for peace and Pax, the roman godess for peace.
PAX provides you with the features you need while keeping the focus on delivering an elegant, smooth, and well polished experience. PAX delivers a set of unique features, like a systemwide font engine that also allows for applying fonts on user apps while supporting user fonts through custom APKs generated on fonts.carbonrom.org. We are confident you'll love it, and there's many more things to discover
Disclaimer:
While we make every effort to test these builds as much as possible, we are not responsible for anything that may happen to your device, family, pets, or perception of reality. We ask that you do your part to know your device and know how to recover from problems before you flash! As always, make sure to do backups.
Support:
We spend an astonishing amount of time developing this software. We can't spend much time on XDA as a result, so if you need support, please try the following:
1) Search. Search, search, search. Yes, you. I don't care how unique or important your question is, it's very likely someone has adressed it already. Especially if you're even close to new at this.
2) Read our FAQ, which can be found on our website. Carbon FAQ
3) Ask a question in your device forum. Someone will no doubt try to help you. Warning: this help may come in the form of telling you it's a dumb question that has been asked before. See step 1 - such are the perils of asking questions when you haven't done the research yourself. Android is about helping yourself.
4) Join our Discord server or Telegram group! There, you can connect with other Carbon users and our developers, and you can get quicker responses to your bug reports. The invite link is right below.
Requirements:
You should start off with the latest OxygenOS on both slots and then proceed to flash Carbon.

okay thanks, I'll try Dolby.
I tried to lock LTE bands using Network signal guru app(with root). But it showed me below prompt mentioning locking features aren't available.

Do you have any plans to enable band locking features?
Note: previously, I was able to lock bands in other roms, but i think they were not on same vendor/system versions, so not sure if this is rom specific or vendor specific
Can I use NTFS with SD card?

On statusbar, battery percentage font style is different than clock font style. Battery percentage has regular font style while clock has medium font style. I usually saw that battery percentage has medium font style like I saw on such as Lineageos. Could you please look into it? I wish that battery percentage has medium font style too. Thanks a lot.

Due to icon pack set things to default. Will be fixed in nxt update.
The only thing I noticed so far is that the fingerprint scanner animation is not placed correctly in some apps.
Works great so far. Feels very smooth. Did not encountered any major issues. Kudos to team.
So far found these issues.
Camera app crashes upon opening. Hence using GCam as alternative.
UDFPS is not at proper place in few apps.
Battery backup is slightly on lower side but using since 2 days, so it might improve after few more days.
the screen recorder is very laggy
Anybody have any luck getting unlimited google photos original quality upload, I believe its possible to trick google photos into thinking the phone is a Pixel 1

Update:
Battery backup is slightly improved after few cycles. Getting around 4:30-5:00 hrs of SOT.
No major hiccups found. Pretty stable apart from above two issues.
1. Settings crashes when use hotspot and tethering.
2. Screen Recorder lags while recording. Output looks smooth though.
