I have a roted sgs+ on XXKPS and i was wondering if there is any way to change the vibration intensity for notification? maybe through accessing the shell directly or maybe an easier method?

I have a little problem with my Moto G: the vibration intensity is too weak and when my phone is in my pocket, I can't feel the incoming messages and calls. This is a big problem because of this I always miss calls and important messages. Is there any option to adjust the vibration intensity?

Unfortunately there's not an option to change vibration intensity without rooting your phone.
If you are rooted try this:

The option to change the vibration intensity isn't under the Sounds and Notifications settings where it was in the Z3. Is there somewhere else I should be looking?

Yep would be nice to be able to tone down vibration intensity
is it possible to implement the vibration pattern of mi 3 smartphone in k20pro??or i have to change the vibration motor for that crisp effect..please reply..
I just got my x3 pro atm still stock due unlock time.
When DND is active Whatsapp notification and send message sound is still being played.
I read everywhere on the www that it is not an bug but an intended miui function.
On my poco F1 flashed aosp too fix this
