Hello, I have a cheap box with an H6 A53 Mali T720 Mp2 chipset 4/64gb
Running android 9.0 pie (no sdcard slots just USB 3.0)
Code:
The box is a justop Aeromedia Nanomax,
an obvious copy of a much more advanced and expensive model.
The box came already rooted so I was wondering if anyome has had any success installing a custom recovery/ROm on the device?
I'm waiting to hear back from a few sources but still to no avail. Thanks folks
Appreciated
Keep up the good work guys
Cheers in advance

Hello I'm new to this forum and I'd like to ask some questions.
I have one of the most unknown phone on the market I guess, it's a Nuu Z8.
I believe there isn't a single thread about the Nuu Z8. Anyway to my point I was looking for a custom ROM (like CyanogenMod) but of course it doesn't support my phone.
Then I started to ask myself and now you guys, could it be that I can use a CyanogenMod ROM that isn't meant to be for my phone but possibly could work because it is made for the same architecture and stuff? (I found a few ROMS made for my architecture)
further specs:
cpu:
- MediaTek MT6752
- ARM Cortex-A53
- 64bit
- ARMv8-A
- 1700MHz
- 8 cores
GPU:
- ARM Mali-T760 MP2
- 2 cores
- 700MHz
RAM:
- 2GB of LPDDR3 800MHz single channel RAM
storage:
-32GB
DUAL sim and sd card
5.5" screen with 1080x1920 pixels
if more specs are needed you have to google:" NUU Moblie Z8 - Specifications devicespecifications . com
Edit: There also isn't a cwm or twrp custom recovery menu made for my phone but I can flash ROMS and ZIP/OTA files using flashfire.
I believe this also means that when I brick my phone I can't install the default ROM because I don't have an custom recovery menu.
Hi Gimly161
Thank you for using XDA Assist
I was able to find only one XDA thread regarding your device:
NUU Mobile Z8 Unboxing & First Impressions - Budget Phone - Great Specs (Joshua Bane)
CyanogemMod as well as every ROM, Custom Recoveries and Root scripts are developed regarding each targeted device. It would be difficult (dangerous indeed) to use other devices development onto your device.
So, as we do not have an specific forum dedicated for your device yet, our experts at the below forum may be able to help you. Please be welcome to post over in there.
Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Nice regards and good luck.

Hello, so i have a Yuntab Tablet and i wanted a costum rom with latest android (like nougat) but its impossible to find a rom for that bcz isnt a very known brand
any possible "universal rom" for that tablet? (clean version, i would fix bugs)
Allwinner A33 quad-core 1,5 GHz.
Android KitKat 4.4
7" - TFT 1024*600
8 Gb, RAM 512 Mo DDR3.
bump, help
EDIT: It got recovery mode.
any ?
It's possible, but because there are so many varieties and different versions it's not useful. Also, it is a slow tablet already so installing Nougat or any other newer Android versions may make it near unusable.
Not saying it's impossible, but not likely
I know this is a old thread but I got one of these. Is there a way to install Android 6 or android 8
Hello guys,
Im new in flashing custom roms on tablets. I just wanna know how to choose one for my device because right now the tablet is super slow and freezes all the time.
This are the specs:
Brand: EXO (From Argentina)
CPU: Intel® Atom™ QuadCore Z3735F (1.33Ghz-1.83GHz)
Ram: 2GB
GPU: Intel HD Graphic(Gen7)
Android: 7.1.1
Link
I just need to know if i can install any custom rom and if its like installing custom rom on smartphones because im used to install custom roms on my s7 edge with odin.
Thx for all!!
Hi,
I have an LG K41S, the stock rom is running armv7 which is 32bit. I am already searching possibilities to root the phone or just flash another rom to it but I would like to know...
since my phone is running an mt6765 SoC, or Helio P35, which is capable of armv8-a according to Mediatek and my research on the Cortex cores used in this SoC, would it be possible to flash a rom with 64bit armv8-a?
Thanks in advance!
Hi everyone! This is my first post so..first of all I apologize for my grammar, I'm Spanish.
A few days ago I found at home a BQ phablet model Elcano 2 Quadcore. After charging and turning on the device I realized that it currently runs android 4.2.2. I managed to root my device so that I could update it to a more current version of android. The problem comes when I can't find any TWRP recovery or support on Lineage OS.
I have read that you can use the recovery of another device with the same specifications as mine but I have not found anything on the internet either.
Hope you can help me update my phablet. I don't need the latest version of android, by making my device useful I'm satisfied.
I downloaded the Aida64 application to know what processor I have:
MediaTek MT8389
4x ARM Cortex-A7 @ 1508MHz
1Gb Ram
32Gb ROM
7inch
Thanks dudes
