Hello everyone I m new to Huawei. I have few problems using huawei mate 30 pro
1st that earphone which comes with my phone and any other earephones like samsung or oneplus not working during call
2nd that youtube video from browse in background stops aoutomatically in background. While screenoff. I was listening videos from my old oneplus in background i had never face that kind a strange probleme
Please help me to solve this
u must remove that app from auto close battery management in app or batt settings in that app..

1) While watching movies in MX Player headphones with microphone, accidental moving of headphones cable increasing or decreasing the volume or stops playback. I thought it was headphones jack problem but sometimes when I move headphones cable, native Huawei music app is launching and starts playback without my control. I think Huawei did something with headphones control.
2) After update to EMUI4.0, all weather apps I tried can't display temperature value in notification bar. Only icon.
3) After update to EMUI4.0, when I change the theme, Google Chrome and Play icons disappear. They can be found by search but you can't see them. Only using Nova Launcher I can see them again.
This was my first Chinese phone after iPhone and Nexus 5 and it will be the last I think...
Please advice how to solve that issues.

A very fine phone!
I am looking for a few things, when I play games like pubg
The we chat, WhatsApp notifications keep popping out
How do you bypass that when playing full screen game and movies?
Secondly when playing pubg games, ive notice that there is a latency whenever I start pressing the screen again.
Is there fix to it?
One more thing, when I connect my car by Bluetooth.
It will automatically use the buildin music player to play "Dream it possible"
How can I disable this with another app?
Check notifications settings for WhatsApp etc for the popping notification. I think you might need to disable it completely. (The pop out notification or whatever it is)
For the music app, search for default apps in settings and -> music. For me Spotify is not there but maybe your music app will be there. Might fix the problem.
For the screen lag, I've seen people complaining about it on their P20 PRO I think. I can't recall having this issue on my normal P20.

I have tried to make the Music default player as something else, however even after rebooting the phone. My car still plays using the build in player to play musics.
For the screen delay, still no luck to what so ever i have tried.
I bought the oneplus 6 from 1 weeks and is a very good device. There is only one big problem, the microphone on whatsapp is very low and my friends cant listen it. When i try to rec something with the stock apps or telegram or anything everythings go fine. Someone has the same problem? Thanks and good night

I also have the same issue. Happen with the OnePlus6 A6000 model and it's very annoying that others can't hear me correct or have to increase the volume. Also the newest update with Android Pie UI did not solve the problem.

The issue was solved for me. I tried to use Whatsapp for business available at the google playstore. The sound is much louder and clearlier. I don't know why but I changed several times between Whatsapp and Whatsapp for business. It's solved for me.

I haven't had an issue with my mic but a custom kernel like EX Kernel gives the ability to change the mic gain so it will be more sensitive and pic up your voice better. So if you're rooted that is always an option.
I have the same issue with What's App and my One Plus 6. Really hoping to find a solution!
Same here... the voice over whatsapp is going up and down from the volume.
That problem exists since oneplus 3. Voice message in whatsapp or facebook messenger sounds like optimus prime lolz. You can google “echo sound oneplus” to make sure your not the only one. Oneplus doesnt care. If they could they would fix since the day kne but seem you have to wait forever toget it fixed.

when recording video through watsaap status if there music that u wanna record its distorted even with the one plus own camera app when video recording and music is in background its distorted

After the last update for Poco x3 pro to miui 14 , I had an issue when i receive a call the music player doesn't stop playing music. Also it will keep playing even when watching videos on youtube.!!
It seems like the music player has been granted a top priority to work over the other apps.
I tried to clear app data and permissions but with no result.
Can any body help me please?
