Not able to reach recovery or TWRP on Redmi 4A Only blank screen
One week back I successfully unlocked, rooted, put TWRP and flashed LineageOS 17.1. Today morning i read [[GUIDE] How to Create Custom Splash Screen (… | Xiaomi Mi 5](https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-5/how-to/guide-how-to-create-custom-splash-t3425054). After following the link now the device is not recognised by ADB,Fastboot on attachment with usb cable or no System boot. Stuck on black blank screen. Long pressing of power key or any other combination of keys give a flash of a static screen. Googled to get disapointment.

You can also download stock wallpapers and some apps port from Zf4.
Thanks for this, it's really clean and nice. Much better than the stock one on the Zenfone 3. I got so fed up with that one that I ended up making my own similar in concept to this gif:

I'll link it here so that anyone else can use it. Should be compatible with all Zenfone 3 variants (and most Android phones) with 1080p displays: https://nofile.io/f/s1p4DjJ1fST/bootanimation.zip
I've tweaked both the Zenfone 3 & 4 bootanimations. The Zen3 was a complete rebuild from different sources. The Zen4 now has a solid black background, and it's been scaled 150%.
Both are in this post:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=53563830&postcount=3
Anything in posts 1 & 2 in the same thread should also work on the Zen3/4 series (unless noted as being other than 1080p).
Hi,
is it possible to install this without root and without invalidating warranty?

*Definitely not*, it is a change in the original files of the system, only with root privileges it is possible to make this change.
But this post says that this is possible...

The splash contains a customized fastboot screen and ofcourse the boot logo. Also, this boot-animation is completely based on Pixel's boot-animation. The way I customized this is by editing the images in Part 0 and Part 1 folder inside the Pixel's bootanimation.zip.
Here is the preview of the boot-animation:
These are the Splash files previews (boot logo + fastboot logo):
Download links:
• Download the flash-able zip of splash (which will change your boot logo and fastboot screen as above) here.
• Download the boot-animation zip file from here.
Steps involved:
• Reboot to recovery (OrangeFox recommended, you can use anyone you like).
• Mount system (to get access to system files through recovery's internal file manager).
• Flash google_mido_splash.zip file normally while making sure unmounting before flashing is unchecked!
• For boot-animation, copy the google_mido_bootanimation.zip to /system/media and rename it as bootanimation.zip
• This will change your bootanimation and splash images.

instead of boot logo it is showing penguin logo...don't know what gone wrong
