I just started running StagOS and it was perfect until snapchat wouldldn't login. I flashed the magisk uninstaller and reinstalled snapchat but it still won't let me login. I can login on my OnePlus 3 which is rooted with Magisk which makes it weirder. Do you have any tricks to make it work?

Snapchat is strictly looking for xposed I just found this out because I unrooted, but xposed was installed still and I couldn't log in, but then I rerooted and uninstalled xposed and I logged in so we need an xposed cloak
I finally decided to root and install xposed on my note 5 and I hadnt realized i couldn't use Snapchat anymore. I would love an xposed cloak. I tried flashing the xposed Uninstaller but that put my phone in a boot loop until i installed again.
Not a direct solution, but isn't Casper close to Snap even tho not the official app?
I found a work around for it my phone died and I signed into my sc from another device used it and logged off when I tried signing in on my phone I got temp login failure notice this is what I did to get back on:
On a second device, download latest version and sign into Snapchat
Once done, root second device and download titanium backup
Make a back up of Snapchat from second device and send the .tibkp back up or whatever to the first device
On first device download latest version of snapchat and titanium back up and restore the data only from the file you sent to the first device from the second device
Once done use sc like normal
Works fine unless you sign out from Snapchat on the second device so what I did is I froze Snapchat on the second device and erased the back up.
I haven't really had issues with Snapchat, but my Xposed has been a little weird lately.
I pretty much use 3rd party apps these days.

Heyyy, I wanted to know, is it possible at the moment to login into snapchat on rooted phone? And yes, I have titanium backup, but when I'm trying to restore system files, it logins into snapchat, but after 1-2 seconds in snapchat ir automatically logs out.
Android version 7.0, BTU.
Any solutions? :?

Try unrooting your phone with SuperSU. Then you can login again in snapchat. Afterwards you can root your phone, but don't logout anymore. Worked for me.
You have to login before the root.
After you get it working, back it up on Titanium Backup. This will backup your snapchat with you already logged in, so if anything goes wrong you can restore the backup and it will have you logged in already. This will prevent you from constantly having to unroot if you need to logout and can't log back in

Which root method are you using?
I used Magisk and then just enable MagiskHide to hide root access from snapchat. Try the same if you are rooted with Magisk. Works like a charm

I have a honor 8 rooted since like one year but suddenly I cant' login in snapchat anymore.
I heard about 'we cant log in snapchat when the phone is rooted', but I always did and never got problems before. I switch everydays (i have 2 accounts)
So i tried to uninstall phh's superuser/busybox then clear all cache, reboot and verify that my phone is unrooted..(with the checker).
But still i can't login...
I don't have xposed/magisk or anything else
I wanted to try the trick with bluestack/titanium backup but it looks like we can't use snapchat with the last bluestack.....
And if i connect with an other phone, I can't backup with titanium since we need root for titanium :'(
So I don't know what to do now

Have you tried an older version of Snapchat? Maybe they updated the login and thats why you suddenly cannot login?
Yea I tried many old version still can't login
I also flash my stock boot.img and delete root
I'm not root anymore but still can't login
So I installed RROS on my honor 8 Everything is perfect except snapchat which doesn't work. I know its because of the root installed. I've tried to hide Magisk and put it in core mode but snapchat didn't work. I then disabled root access but again snapchat didn't work.
Any suggestions?
Snapchat has some bugs on Android actually, just wait an update.
I have followed the instructions here to update my OnePlus6 from OOS 09.09 to OOS 10. It all worked fine and I lost no data, although it has a few quirks. Minor bugs that I expect will get fixed in a coming release. The problem is that my phone no longer passes the SafetyNet tests, and so I can no longer use my phone for Google Pay. Is anyone else having that problem?
To be very clear, when on the 9.09 release with TWRP and Magisk my phone passed the SafetyNet tests and GooglePay work just fine. Now, both the Basic Integrity and CTS Profile Match tests fail.
I am on oneplus 6 android 10 openbeta 1
With unlock bootloader and encrypted.
Magisk installed.

Are you using edxposed? Google made some updates and is detecting edxposed, disable it and see if safety net passes.

No. I did have AdAway & FDroid installed, though. I removed both of those, and still no joy.

Turn on 'App List' in experimental settings and add all Google apps to the blacklist. Especially Play Services, Play Store and Framework as they are the culprits that detect EdXposed. Leave out any other Google apps that you have Xposed mods for such as Gmail and Play Store Dark Themes.
