With the lastest version of note 10 firwmare, that comes with Apps edge v5.1.11, 2 app icons disapear after the phone locks, and it's always the same apps.
In the previous versions, it did not happen.

Hello again, i have solved the problem. Those apps that disappeared were in the deep hibernation list.

It has been 2 weeks since I have update my OS to version 5(Lollipop) and in the last days i have experienced problem with apps that are installed in my phone. Once i open an app after 30s it will go away in background without any action from me. Yesterday i got an update for chrome and it made it worse, now i do have problem with keyboard it doesn't show in some cases were i do have to insert password.
Is there any solution to such problems?

Since updating to Lollipop I've also experienced a number of issues, including laggy home screen (it's blank for a second or two before the icons start loading, whereas before it was immediate) and huge number of Chrome crashes. Anyone know if there's anything we can do, or should we expect an update from Google?

Hi,
as i was not able to get any info regarding how to solve the issue, i did Factory Reset.
at the moment problem seems to be solved, i have left not installed now only 3-4 apps which I had before when the problem started.
2 hours after the operation finish i got nearly 10 google apps aupdate, chrome was one of them. it doesn't crash any more, keaybord shows up and works.
Also menu button works perfectly, when i press it all the apps show immediately, its doesn't take like 10-15sec for the apps to show up.
I do recomand to perform factory reset.

I have a new Sprint Galaxy S5 that is rooted (that's the only modification I made). The trouble I'm having is that it keeps periodically freezing and restarting. It seems like it usually happens when I have a floating icon active while using other apps (like Link Bubble or Facebook Messenger), but it has frozen and restarted while just using chrome beta, too. Anyone know what might be causing this, and how to fix it? Is it using too much RAM when a floating icon is active?
Secondarily, would a different ROM help, like CM 12? Does CM 12 support the smart features that come with the Galaxy S5, or other Sprint apps?

Sounds like it may be over heating the cpu.phone info app shows cpu temp. Also can jse an xposed frame work module to see temp in status bar. Maybe able to log the crash and restart. But im not sure what to log with.

Thanks! Follow up question: what does logging the crash and restating do? And is it is the cpu overheating, it's just a matter of managing RAM?
I'v got a few apps that won't start: (dutch): Telegraaf app & NOS app. The splash screen is showing but nothing happens. Other apps are working just fine.
A reinstall helps but only for a short period.
Phone is a Samsung S7 Edge

I have a OnePlus 6 8/256 running OxygenOS 10.3.0 and recently I've been gifted a Galaxy Watch 46mm.
I so wanted to use Navigation apps on the smartwatch, and the Galaxy Watch, despite having an internal GPS module, prefers using the phone's GPS which is more accurate, and to do so it interacts with 2 apps called Galaxy Wearable and Galaxy Watch Plugin.
Both apps have permissions to always access position, but it seems OxygenOS doesn't care about that setting, and as soon as I turn the screen off or switch to another app, without killing the Samsung one, the watch stops getting position updates.
Removing battery savings from apps and advanced battery optimizations in OxygenOS settings doesn't help either, I've even tried downloading an app called GPS Locker, but even that one was useless.
I've also tried to lock the Galaxy Wearable in the recent apps screen but without result.
Maybe someone has faced a similar problem and can help me.

If you're talking about Xposed modules, I'm not using Xposed.
This isn't my phone. It's my wife's. Her phone was working fine until a couple of hours ago. Now she has five apps that are crashing. There is an install notification in the notification area. When she taps it, it goes nowhere. Clear and swipe don't get rid of it. She goes into the update area and checks for an update and there were no updates available. Nothing was done to the phone before this all started happening. It was just sitting on a table.
I know nothing about these phone and how they work but I know that you all do. She's tried restarting the phone multiple times and it's made no difference. She's also uninstalled and reinstalled the apps. Any suggestions on how I might help her out?
Actually, we might have found and fixed the issue.
PSA: If your Android apps keep crashing, update 'WebView' and Chrome [Permanent fix]
Android users seeing constant app crashing can update the Android System WebView component and Google Chrome to fix the problem...
