You probably tried to flash a firmware with a wrong region code for your phone. If it's a provider-branded one, you have to flash a firmware made for the same country and provider or it will fail at some point. Mine for example fails at "Hidden.img" when I try to flash a german O2 firmware ("VIA") over a generic german ("DBT") phone.
If you have a non-provider-branded phone, you need the generic firmware for your country.
For both possibilities, you have to get your phone back into DL mode, then flash the correct firmware with Odin.
Maybe it's possible to switch brandings, but this probably requires repartitioning which will cause all data on the phone being deleted.

Hello friends,
I have a problem. I can not root my device.
I tried many ways; Kingroot, OneClickroot, iROOT, KingoRoot and finally ODIN.
APKs did not work. I wanted to be rooted over the computer with ODIN. It did not work at ODIN.
The steps I followed;
1. Open Developer Mode.
2. Open the OEM lock.
3. Open USB Debug Mode.
4. Open the Device Lock. (CROM service)
My last error is:
When the device is in download mode and i try to click ODIN, On the phone screen, with a red text;
Secure check fail: cache
