I really like that, thank you for not throwing everything but the kitchen sink in. Works really well on my G6+ so far, I also had to set up my APN information to get mobile internet but now that works as well. Can't make outgoing calls, though, error I'm getting says "Call cannot be placed because there are no calling accounts which support calls of this type". I messed with the cellular settings to see if that changes it, but to no avail.
Here's some logcat output from trying to phone someone:

Hey! Thank you for trying StatiXOS.
Can you tell me what build you are on? AFAIK the build in sourceforge that's dated 19th Feb seems to have some dialer issues after clean flashing. If you are on the aforementioned build please clean flash the new build i uploaded yesterday. If you still have issues, i would suggest u to try clean flashing the 11th Feb build and then dirty flash the latest build.
I am aware of the issue and I am looking into it at the moment. Thank you for the logs.

I'll try later, I'm on the latest (20200226), but dirty flashed it over 20200219.

Wiped dalvik cache, data, internal storage and system, formatted data and flashed 20200211, calling worked. Then did the same wiping/formatting and flashed 20200226, calling doesn't work. Same error.

Great, I don't need my phone right now and will wait with restoring my stuff for a couple hours in case you need something tested.

Epic!!

Thanks for your support of this device and creating the thread on XDA. I tried the ROM a short while ago (It was the build named statix_evert-20200211-1042-10-v3.0-NUCLEAR.zip). I tried to use the SD card as portable storage - it said that it must be formatted. first. I really don't what to have to copy the files off so that I can format it for use. In fact, I tried other ROMS that don't require a format. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance for your support.
EDIT: It seems like the ROM doesn't support exfat. I wound up copying the contents, reformatting and copied back. A bit of a pain....

I've installed the latest build (20200227), and I have problem with Bluetooth calls. Normal calls work fine , no echo or other issue. But when I try to make a bluetooth call, there is no audio: I cannot hear anything and the other person can't hear me (I use Galaxy Buds). I've attached the logcat from the moment I connected the BT headset to the end of the call. Thanks in advance for the support.

Could someone please tell me how to install Gapps on this ROM?
I downloaded the ARM64 with android 10 on pico and it tells me I have android 9 instead of 10 and I can't install because of it
Also: Does this ROM only have settings, dialer, contacts, files and gallery?

I used the nano version of gapps linked from the OP and didn't have a problem.
Notes, due to the A/B, need to reboot after flashing the rom, go back to twrp, then flash gapps.

Thanks for the reply. Got it working now.

I've tried a reflash and all of that, tried fixing permissions, etc. All the fixes from the other posts but the only one that seems to have any affect is the Synching one.
As soon as I sync the error comes back. It's not on all contacts and I can't find a common link between the ones it does it on. Ad suggested on another forum I downloaded the contact information from my google account to check for foreign characters in any of the fields - nothing.
I'm hoping someone can make sense of the log I've posted because it means nothing to me. I'm assuming the errors aren't good, though.
I can view the contacts fine in GO Contacts EX, but what I'm trying to do is have a home screen full of contacts (long press - shortcut - contact) but that uses the stock messaging app so I get a FC when I try and press on one of them.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks
Tim

I'm experiencing something similar when either official Facebook or Twitter gets synced with contacts. Figured out how not to make FB appear in accounts/settings but I had to remove Twitter altogether.
Looks like it fc's after the acore process tries to view a status post.
edit: a little googling and I found something that fixed my issue, uninstall google+ v2 if you're using it.
I was having the same exact problem. Just started yesterday. Only facebook and twitter contacts (or google contacts who were joined with a fb or twitter contact0 were affected. If I tried to "view contact" the process would close. Uninstalled facebook, problem solved for fb contacts. Uninstalled twitter, problem solved for twitter contacts. Re-installed both, problem came back. Uninstalled G+v2 and the problem went away again, without having to remove fb and twitter. Installed G+1.0.8 off the market, problems do not return. So the problem lies with the difference between having google plus v2 and google plus 1.0.8
Bummer, I really liked the newer google plus interface. Weird thing is though, I've had that version of google plus for at least a few days, didn't have any problems until yesterday
Google should be able to iron out the G+v2 issue. It's packed for ICS and not readily available on the Market yet. That's what we get for being impatient, I guess. Hehe
Sent from my LG-P500 using XDA App
I got the same problem but I thought it was my own app which causes this. But after reading this thread I tested to open such a contact within the official contact app and it gives me the same error.
I watched with my app what could be wrong. Every contact with a lookup key in this format (numbers are different for every contact) "59i4437467b8b5ef8d3" works just fine, but contacts with lookup keys in this format "59iaca78960c021dde.3046i100002247854475" don't work and causes a FC with acore.
My app worked with these contacts before. I made a complete reinstall with CyanogenMod 7.1 last week. Maybe this is the problem. I will test this more.

Motorola Moto G XT1032 - wifi doesn't work

Hi all,
I have visited this forum for some time and always found helpful information.
But this time I messed up this android phone and don't know how to fix it.
Late at night I was flashing custom roms to Motorola XT1032 and couple of other aps, I do it on CWM recovery using adb, so I where operating as root inside of device, had mounted all partition in Read and Write permissions.
Then when I finished applying custom stuff I wanted to delete not needed stuff what I put in /data/local/tmp. At this moment I thougt I am in this path, but I where in / and made "rm * " .
A second later I realized my mistake but that was to late.
Since that I tried to flash custom roms but that did not help to make wifi working again.
After flashing custom roms like ClockworkMod phone is working, mobile reception and bluetooth but no wifi.
I tried to insmod /system/lib/modules/wlan.ko but I got "insmod: init_module '/system/lib/modules/wlan.ko' failed (Operation not permitted)"
I think that need to flash rootfs but not 100% sure and I don't have copy of it.
Please help me.
Chris

Widevine L3 with locked bootloader

I unlocked my bootloader and rooted my OnePlus 6 a couple of months ago. For work reasons I was required to relock my bootloader and unroot my phone. This didn't work well at first, so eventually I had to do a full restore via MsmDownloadTool as described in this thread.
However, even with a locked bootloader, I still see Widevine L3 in DRM Info. Some error messages from logcat include:
Code:
02-21 15:17:08.274 746 12466 D WVCdm : Instantiating CDM.

02-21 15:17:08.334 746 12466 I WVCdm : L3 Terminate.
I also see some SELinux errors:
Code:

Any thoughts? It looks like others have run into this issue but there was no resolution.
Was something like Secure Element chip burnt out by unlocking bootloader?
I had the same problem. Talk with oneplus support and they will fix it in warranty.

Coming from another rom/clean install:
Reboot to recovery, flash required firmware
Wipe system, cache,, data
Flash rom zip and gapps

Wipe system, cache in recovery
Flash rom zip, gapps and any other zips you may use

Builds are rootless, so to be rooted, flash your SU of choice
If you have any issues, grab a log after a clean flash, upload and link here please. Add steps to reproduce the issue in your post.
Do not report issues dirty flashing this over some unofficial build or with some kernel flashed.
Logcat Extreme app is great as you can choose to start recording a log just before reproducing an error and stop recording just after so you log just the part you need.
Xposed is not supported here, if you want to run it and have issues, try an Xposed thread for support and bug reports here only welcome with a clean install with no Xposed present.

Hi, thx for your hard working, the ROM is good.
I found some minor issues:
- System time does not synchronized with the internet.
- First time opening the wifi preferences page leads an ANR of system, please see the attachment.

Do you mean headphones or a proper hands free head set with built-in microphone?
Headphones worked perfectly for me during a call, I don't own a head set...

Encryption and SELinux
Thanks for creating this ROM. Does this ROM support device encryption? Is SElinux enforcing?

the sound of a voice in a wired headset appeared in both ROMs.
Validus (clean installation):
If you flash openengapps immediately (with a reboot in recovery), then it is impossible to connect to Wifi. First installed ROM, booted into the system, turned on Wifi, then flashed the gapps. When installing apps from the market, only 9 was downloaded and then froze. When you press the power button and try to boot from its menu in recovery, the phone also freezes.
A clean flash of GCOSP did not cause problems, while everything is working. I'll try all day tomorrow.
for some reason I can’t install the Pixel Launcher 10, only 7.1 works.
Thank you your work.
the test failed. Chrome does not work, applications constantly freeze, even a gps test.
as a daily rum I do not advise

Would be good if you logged all that and posted...
