OK its annoying me i reset my phone to factory 2 time and change my region to India and its the same i cannot get any update from system app updater in my Note 10 pro , i have note 8 pro and get the updates (theme & system launcher) but not in my note 10 :crying::crying::crying:

I use Redmi 4GB that comes with MIUI 5 SG, then I update it to JHBMIBF19.0.
I'm thinking to update it to MIUI 7 5.8.10 developer rom.
I wonder if it safe to upgrade from MIUI 5 to MIUI 7 on my Redmi 4GB.
Cause I'm afraid that my Redmi 4GB will
Ran out of memory. Currently, my Redmi 4GB already consume 90% of internal memory, and my applications isn't consume that much as I check on App2SD. Since I update to JHBMIBF19.0, it used 90% of internal memory instead of 20% when on MIUI 5 SG.
Slows down / lag. My current MIUI 5 had some lag when launching Instagram or BBM, it can took very long and sometimes not responding.
Some application may break. Some said that after updating, their google play didn't work, and many apps didn't work.
Some hardware may break. Some said that after updating, bluetooth, wifi, or many hardware wont work.
If I backup all my app data to my PC with MI Phone suite, can I get back once I update to MIUI 7 ?
So, anyone who updated their Redmi 4GB to MIUI 7, is safe at all ? no problem / bug ?
And how to do the update, should I follow Xiaomi's flashing guide that use Updater > Select Installation file ? or Reboot to recovery mode then Wipe / reset and then install update.zip?

What am hating the emui stock version
- it takes a lot of ram
- it keep a lot of cache memory (using clean master to clean it)
- the notification settings bar is not like other android
- a little heave to open apps
- some times it get hot devices when am using a lot apps or playing games (between 39 to 51 degree)
- it's not like stock ROM feature (it should be like ZTE Axon 7)
So, maybe it's time to get rid the emui rom version and changing to stock rom version.

Heys guys i have ported S6 Marshmallow system ui for our tab 4
Instructions to install
1. Delete Systemui.apk from priv app
2. Copy S6 System ui to priv app
3. Change permissions
4. Go to App settings (xposed module)
5. Search for sysytem ui in app settings
6. Give the settings like shown in image
7. Tap on save
8. Reboot and Enjoy
DONT USE!
Do not use this. This will break the system ui for your tablet and you will have to factory reset it. Yes I have the 7.0 inch model. The T-230. If it isnt compatible, you should mention it.
Hi all
I installed android 8 on my mate 9 chinese version but unfortunately google launcher is not working on it after it crashed numerous times then i deleted it but couldnt re-download it from app store as it was giving a message it is not compatible with my device so i downloaded the APK but it is again not showing in my default launcher page then i tried to tick all permissions but the tab was grey not allowing me to provide permissions. In the middle of that i also deleted google now app to fix the issue and reinstalled but still the launcher is nowhere to be seen.
I said let me try downloading another launcher so i downloaded nova but it kept crashing as well and i deleted it.
Anyone faced this? Any solutions?

let me tell you how it worked for me.
I have been using it for over a year Honor 8x the recordings were perfect with this file "HwCallRecorder. I bought this week Nova 5T who was with Android 9.1 - immediately updated it. There were three consecutive updates on 9.1 then appeared Android 10. I installed it and wanted to install the file for Call Recorder.

On Android 10 there was a problem with the installation of the file - cannot be installs.
The only solution is return to Android 9.1 with HiSuite. I installed HiSuite on my PC and i connected the phone with a cable to it. From the phone allowed the program HiSuite to be able to use "HDB" (Settings\Protection\Additional settings).
After 30 minutes i was already with Android 9.1 the file "HwCallRecorder" can now be installed. The conversations were recorded without problems. The next step is to install again Android 10. After the update file "HwCallRecorder" remains installed and Call Recorder works excellent! You need to turn on auto-record calls if you wish (Settings\Call settings\Automatic call recording on-off).
Tested on Mate 20 Lite and Nova 5T.
