i have a samsung j7 from metro pcs and it wont let me add me google account to here it look like it was factory reset but it prompting me to enter the old google account if i use the new account it keep saying "unable to sign into device due to a recent password change. please try to sign in again 24 hours"
i looked up the imei number and it does belong to a metropcs i tried to flash that phone with odin with this firmware "J700T1UVU3AQC3_J700T1TMK3AQC3_J700T1UVU3AQC3_HOME.tar.md5" it was successful but it still there

I have a S5 active model SM-G870A for ATT. When I am at the set up screen, it ask for a samsung account, I put my samsung account in and it says "processing failed". So I register the phone onto my account and still same problem. I wipe/factory reset the phone and try. Same problem. I use odin, and install the 4.4.2 kitkat firmware on it and It still gives me the same problem. What are my options? Or should I send it in to Samsung on its warranty?
I know that some of you probably read the title and gave out a little sigh. I promise I've been doing research and trying some different methods so hear me out please . I have my friends Galaxy S6 because he forgot his password to his phone and he does not want to do a hard reset because he has pictures of his little girl on his phone that he does not want to lose. I'll list what we have tried thus far below.
Entering password 20 times in an attempt to get the google account to come up so he can log in VIA his google account.
Log in to Samsung's FindMyMobile service, his phone was not registered.
Hook up phone to Android Recovery software on computer, it recognizes the phone but the phone is in Media Transfer Mode and USB debugging is not enabled.
Checking Google's sync data, nothing has synced with the device yet. So I can't retrieve his photos through Google.
So unfortunately, at this point, I'm stuck. I was hoping somebody here might be able to give me some advice on what my next steps could be. I know the phone doesn't have SD card support but I was not sure if there was a way to root the device and flash a custom recovery onto the phone and recover the photos. I sincerely hope somebody can help.

wiped the device and get this error message tried few things suggested by installing Odin and can now can not log in.
tried signing in with the Samsung account, still failed.
Error Message I get:

you getting this error because, the email or the password might be wrong...try and enter the correct email and password....if the phone is not yours....u can ask the owner to give you the correct email or password
im stuck with the google account ive forgotten my old gmail even gmail doent want me to do the forgot password it says cannot varify even i have the correct PIN they sent me
Anything related to the samsung account doesn't work (Samsung Pass, Samsung Cloud etc) It only started doing this when I upgraded to Nougat 7.0. If i try clear davelik cache it factory resets the whole phone i don't know what to do Any help would be greatly appreciated
Nevermind I got it working
What i did was:
1)Factory Reset
2)DO NOT enter your google or samsung account information when setting up device
3)Complete the device setup
4)Go to settings-accounts-add account-samsung account
5)Enter your username and password
6)Hopefully you don't get the "Samsung account session expired" error anymore
