Troubleshooting :
The accuracy of the app is partly dependent on your phone's hardware( Magnetic Field sensor).If you are getting inaccurate results, chances are the problem is with the device.
★ This app receives data directly from the sensor, if results are wrong, it is dependent on the device.
★ If results are inaccurate, please check if you are being affected by a magnetic field due to metals and equipment.
★ Inaccuracy can also be caused by the presence of Magnets on Phone/Tablet Covers.

This Magnetic field detector is a magnetometer sensor and magnetic field meter that will show you x y z values of the magnetic sensor's readings. You can use this for studying or experimentation purposes.
The Earth's magnetic field is a vector quantity; at each point in space it has a strength and a direction. To completely describe it we need three quantities. These may be:
three orthogonal strength components (X, Y, and Z)
explanation :
magnetic X : X the north component of the magnetic field; X is positive northward
magnetic Y: the east component of the magnetic field; Y is positive eastward
magnetic Z: the vertical component of the magnetic field vector; by convention Z is positive downward
- added: now you can use magnetic sensor app as magnetic sensor checker to find out if you device has built-in magnetic sensor
Note : If the phone do not have a built-in magnetic sensor, magnetic sensor won't work on your device.
