This Magnetic field detector is a magnetometer sensor and magnetic field meter that will show you x y z values of the magnetic sensor's readings. You can use this for studying or experimentation purposes.
The Earth's magnetic field is a vector quantity; at each point in space it has a strength and a direction. To completely describe it we need three quantities. These may be:
three orthogonal strength components (X, Y, and Z)
explanation :
magnetic X : X the north component of the magnetic field; X is positive northward
magnetic Y: the east component of the magnetic field; Y is positive eastward
magnetic Z: the vertical component of the magnetic field vector; by convention Z is positive downward
- added: now you can use magnetic sensor app as magnetic sensor checker to find out if you device has built-in magnetic sensor
Note : If the phone do not have a built-in magnetic sensor, magnetic sensor won't work on your device.

Ads ain't that much disturbing so it's okay.

This program allows you to measure your body fat (new functions such as BMI counting, lean weight and much more will appear of course) using a caliper* and flexible tape.
It will be useful for weight loss control, for bodybuilders, fitness fans or just for curious ones.
At the moment it allows to count body fat percentage using a skinfold (Jackson-Pollock 7- and 3-site formulas) and girth (US Navy) methods.
_____* wiki says that caliper is a device used to measure the distance between two opposite sides of an object. In our case we'll use it for skinfolds

Troubleshooting :
The accuracy of the app is partly dependent on your phone's hardware( Magnetic Field sensor).If you are getting inaccurate results, chances are the problem is with the device.
★ This app receives data directly from the sensor, if results are wrong, it is dependent on the device.
★ If results are inaccurate, please check if you are being affected by a magnetic field due to metals and equipment.
★ Inaccuracy can also be caused by the presence of Magnets on Phone/Tablet Covers.
I would be very happy to accept requests for new features and bug fixes ( I haven't found any bugs so far, but If you happen to find one, you can Inbox me anytime.. No Problems.. ).

Magnetometer Metal Detector helps you to detect metal objects (steel, iron) around you. When a metal object is near to you, the magnetic field level will increase. Note that gold, silver an copper coins cannot be detected since they are classified as non-ferrous metal and so, they have no magnetic field. A Gauge helps you to see the magnetic value that is also displayed in textual mode. The magnetic value is presented in µT (Microtesla). A graph shows you also the recent magnetic field activity.

Usage of Magnetometer Metal Detector is really simple. Open the application, and move it around you. Don't forget to calibrate your magnetic sensor before using it. If you want to know how to use the application, click on the Demo Video available from the main menu.
Note that the application requires a magnetic sensor on your smartphone or tablet to work correctly. If you don't have a magnetic sensor, Magnetometer Metal Detector won't work on your device.
