I have tried both versions but flash is not working both of them and in latest one flash is working but can't see in photo...Hope someone fix this issue....

For me works good ..you can try to reflash it ..if doesn't work just set to save pics on internal..

You can't. The only way would be for @Alek Dev to recompile the camera apk after removing the call for the sound or possibly an xposed module. Very annoying when taking pictures of pets as the clicking sound distracts them from whatever you were trying to take a picture of in the first place.

Thanks, I tried it myself and it did capture raw but also in red tone. No problem in pro mode for me and same as you panorama is not working. Also HDR not working only HQ.

Yea HDR mode is not working.
Though i don't know what you meant by red tone though no redness in my photo
But it doesn't matter that much to me as i am not interested in photography at all just wanted the one plus camera for slow motion.

What I meant is that when shooting in raw mode, the jpg photo is normal but the raw dng photo is redness.

Settled on QuickPic, and it is perfect. Easy to use and doesn't argue with you.
I'm using the HTC Gallery app, v. 9.51.755029, with no problem. Rooted HTC U11 with the Bad Boyz Unlocked U11 ROM.
İm on stock, no root no unlock ? no luck.. Will continue to try different things

Not really: last photo taken shows in lower right corner of Camera, when touched it shows the pic, not Photos.
Probly because after installing QP, I disabled Photos & Gallery.
I am using Sony Albums and work perfect and you can even snyc facebook photos in gallery

The Apkmirror content will be installed as "unknown" source because it didn't come from playstore. This will cause issues for apps that are installed in the internal memory as those have system access, the apk you installed does not. Conflicting security rights. You won't get it working without s-off.
To stop your gallery picking stuff up you can create a blank file called ".nomedia"in the directory/folder you DON'T want scanned and it should skip it. You will need to restart the phone for it to take effect.

I get the HtcGallery.apk from the RedmiNote5 folder and it works well in my HTC U Ultra. Thanks a lot.

Yes,snapdragon camera is laggy.

If anyone is interested, this mod worked for me on LineageOS 14.1. Had to restart a couple of times and for some reason disable and re-enable persist.camera.HAL3 in BuildProp but it works flawlessly now.

I mean, when it was processing the potrait photos. I use arnova 1.7, and it makes my phone laggy. Too much force close and sometimes need restart
